"You remember, What I told you right?" Isabella asked. I nodded my head before opening the first button of my shirt.
Fuck, It's suffocating.
We arrived at the threepanyakul mansion in the morning. I still haven't met anyone of them. My uncle and Kan organized the wedding, I'm not even excited a little bit.
I agreed to marry him, Even though, I didn't have a choice. But, At least I was not sad anymore. I will get to find out about my father's mysterious death.
"Are you ready?"She asked guiding me out of the room.
"I hope so,"
But, We both stopped as an old lady approached us. She is Elvira, Vegas's stepmother.
"You look beautiful," She said pleasantly with a smile after Isabella introduced us formally.
"Thank you," I said, She didn't look like a harmful someone, Isabella nudged me and whispered in my ear to bow to her. But I didn't, I showed her a kind smile, I'm not going to do that.
In a single heartbeat, She hugged me. I was frozen for a moment. But, Unknowingly I hugged her back.
"I don't know, What my son did to deserve a lovely soul like you," She let out smiling, as she adjusted her long black hair.
She is sugar-coating me?

I took a hesitant step towards the grand entrance of the ballroom, feeling the weight of all eyes on me. The guests rose from their seats, their anticipation palpable in the air. My gaze shifted nervously, avoiding the penetrating stares of the onlookers until it landed on him—Vegas, standing tall at the front of the altar. He was wearing a black suit.
He glanced at me, his expression blank, he examined me as he examined everyone with a cold and calculating look.
Oh, how fucking bastard he could be.
The orchestra began to play, their melodies filling the room with a sense of grandeur. With each step down the aisle, I could feel the weight of the moment, the weight of the expectations placed upon me.
Finally reaching the end of the aisle, he extended his arm, his hand reaching out to grasp mine. I stood before him, acutely aware of the eyes upon me, desperately trying to avoid any direct eye contact. I can feel his eyes checking me from head to toe. His gaze was so strong.
It was as if we were both playing a delicate dance, pretending to be the perfect couple while hiding the truth beneath the surface.
"Face your husband-to-be"
And finally, we stood face to face. The silence was deafening, the air heavy with unspoken words. At that moment, I saw him properly for the first time. He's wearing a stylish, tailored suit that fits him perfectly. The suit is a sleek, deep navy blue, accentuating his strong physique. The fabric has a subtle sheen, adding a touch of sophistication.
His hair is neatly styled, adding to his overall charm. It's a modern, slightly tousled look that perfectly complements his sharp features. As he moves closer to me, there's a certain grace in his steps, making my breath hitched.
The priest started vows, reading out loud several prayers.
"Pete Phongsakorn Saengtham, do you take Vegas kornwit threepanyakul, to be your lawfully wedded husband? Do you promise to love, honor, and cherish him, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?"
"I do,"
This is truthfully suffocating.
"Vegas, do you take Pete Phongsakorn Saengtham, do you take, to be your lawfully wedded husband? Do you promise to love, honor, and cherish him, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, till death do you part?"
"I do," His voice deep.
"You may now kiss,"
Kiss? Is this bastard going to kiss me?
He leaned in, and I stepped back. I want to have any physical contact with him. Well, The truth is I don't like any type of physical contact with anyone. I like to stay away from people as much as I can.
Still, he pecked my lips with his and moved away, and I quickly avoided looking at his face.
Can't I just kill this man or at least punch him?

"You look, loveliness Phi Pete, you didn't tell us, that you were engaged?" Diamond, the daughter of my uncle spoke out holding both of my hands.
Exactly, No one told me either. Oh, If I had known myself.
"We decided to keep it hidden," I heard Vegas say from behind and wrapped his arms around my waist.
I lost my breath for a beat, as his warm and big arm surrounded my waist and I felt his hot breath on my neck as his mouth left those words.
"Still, Phi Pete should have told me that secret to me," Diamond said, with pouting lips, and I forced myself to chuckle.
"Learn to lie," Vegas mumbled.
Oh, I'm an expert in that because I do that daily.
When Diamond left he immediately unwrapped his arms from my waist, and I don't know but I took a deep breath before nodding my head.
