Jeff and Vince had come over after a couple hours after breakfast, Evan had been nice enough to give you a shirt and some shorts he had that didn't fit him anymore to let you wear. You were sitting at the kitchen counter top, watching the video that Evan had finished editing for you with Vinnie, Jeff, and Evan. It was quiet, the only thing you could actually hear was the video playing. You watched with intent as the video soon finished playing. You turned your head to look at Jeff, and your brother. "So..what do you think?" You inquired, looking at your brother and Jeff with a curious look.
Vinnie hummed as he closed the laptop and looked at you, he had a big smile on his face. "Y/n, this is amazing!" He responded. Jeff nodded as he smiled at you. Evan chuckled from behind you.
You smiled and glanced over at Evan, "You can thank Evan for actually being able to finish the editing process, since he made me go to bed."You said chuckling. Evan looked at you and returned the smile, shaking his head. "Oh please, all I did was trim the video a bit, you did all the hard work." He said, patting your head.
"Well thank you, both of you."Vinnie said grinning at the two of you, Jeff reopened the laptop as he rewatched the video, Vinnie looked at Jeff and raised an eyebrow. "What are you doing Jeff?"
"There's some weird glitching near the end of the video." Jeff pointed out causing vinnie's eyes to widen, you rubbed the back of your neck letting out a sigh. 'Of course Jeff would notice that..' You thought to yourself as your shoulders slumped slightly. Evan walked over to the laptop standing next to Vinnie and Jeff. "Huh..I never noticed that when I finished editing it.."He spoke a little bit confused as to how the glitching got on the feed.
"Yeah, I don't know how to get rid of it, I tried everything. The glitching was the thing keeping me up." You admitted leaning your head down, Vinnie looked over at you and placed a hand on your shoulder, making you lift your head back up.
"Hey, don't worry about it. It's alright y/n! I think I have an idea."He said, having a big wide grin on his face, confused, you looked at him with a curious look, 'What did he mean..idea?'
"What are you talking about Vinnie?" Evan asked looking at him with the same confused look, Jeff nodded, "Yeah what do you mean you have an 'idea'?" vinnie looked at all of you and placed a hand on his hip.
"What if in our next video we have Jeff's brother dress up as slenderman and hide in an area? And we edit that part to have some glitching audio! So that way people believe that the glitching in the first video was just because apparently 'slenderman' was somewhere!" Vinnie stated, starting to ramble a bit towards the end. You blinked, taken aback by the very outright ridiculous idea. But then you started to think about it in actuality.
"I mean..slenderman is pretty popular right now.."You inquired, placing a hand on your chin as you thought over the idea. Evan grinned from ear to ear. "Oh fuck yeah! We can do that!" He exclaimed completely onboard with the idea. Jeff looked a bit uncertain. He looked at Vinnie, his eyebrows furrowed in doubt.
"Are you sure it has to be my brother vinnie?" He asked, looking at Vinnie with a worried look. Vinnie nodded, "I mean your brother is tall as hell Jeff, he would be the perfect candidate to play Slenderman for us! And besides it only has to be for a couple of videos! When people catch on we can just admit it was a silly little joke!" He responded walking over to Jeff and placing a hand on the brunette's shoulder.
Jeff still looked a bit uncertain and worried about the whole idea but he sighed, looking at vinnie he nodded. "Alright, I can go message Alex and ask if he'd be down to do it." He said, giving vinnie a soft smile. Vinnie and Evan cheered high fiving each other. Evan turned to look over at you.
"What do you say?" He asked, smiling widely at you.
"I mean, fuck it yeah I'm in." You said looking at him with a mischievous grin. Vinnie smiled and walked over to the laptop, taking the editing video and onto the youtube website, everyone gathered around vinnie as he was about to post the first video on the EverymanHybrid youtube channel, vinnie looked at you all and smirked. Clicking 'post'. You all waited in tense silence and soon the website refreshed itself and the video was up on the channel. Vinnie turned to face you all and smiled.
"Welp! Let it begin!" He said chuckling
None of you besides Evan heard the dark chuckle in the back of his mind. "yes..Let the show begin..little rabbits."
