(ohh yea, oh yea- oops, hi!! Special chapter time!....Kinda. You know, chapter SIX and all. Probably should've written more. Meh! ohh yea, oh yea...)

"Bleurgh!"

Alice woke to find pine needles in her mouth and a dog slobbering on her. Not the best way to start your morning after crashing into a tree, but that was that. She sat up and tried to push the dog aside.  Note the use of the word "tried".

Looking all around her, Alice could see nothing but trees in every direction. Seeing no sign of anyone the dog belonged to, or where it might live, she decided that they must be further afield. So she got up and almost immediately felt pain. Turns out it's hard to find healing plants when you can barely walk without feeling like you've been struck by lightning, maybe, oh- one hundred and six times. This was one of the many times that Alice wished that she could manage to keep a friend and have someone to...well...talk to...But wishing was useless. That I know for certain.

Once Alice felt as if she had rested enough, the girl in the yellow raincoat started to walk again, this time with a dog 'surreptitiously' following her.
