"How did the exam go?" Mac asked her friend as they met up at their lockers after the five-hour-long Spanish exam.
"I still hate Spanish, so probably not that well," Marley mumbled, stuffing her Spanish textbook in her locker and grabbing her jacket.
"Yeah, me too," Mac said, closing her locker. "Do you have plans for today?"
"No, Massimo said they have a mission today, so he wouldn't be available until tonight," Marley pursed her lips. She didn't exactly like that her boyfriend went on these dangerous missions which could kill him. She saw how many people died at the auction, including Jackson.
"Yeah, Noelle too," Mac said in the same tone. She wanted to join them, but wasn't allowed yet. She wasn't sure if she'd ever be, because they all treated her like she was made of porcelain.
"Let's hang out then? Go eat or something?" Marley suggested.
"Yeah, that would be nice. Unfortunately, they need to come," Mac nodded her head at the two guys blending in across the hallway from them.
"I don't mind. I can't imagine how exhausting it must be for you though, being followed everywhere because your uncle wants to murder you," Marley said, shaking her head. The two girls started approaching the two guys, who also served as Mac's chauffeurs since Noelle was unavailable.
"Tell me about it," Mac sighed and rolled her eyes.

"It's time to go home, Ms. DeCavalcante. Capo doesn't want you staying out of the villa for too long," one of the soldiers approached the girls after they were done eating. Marley furrowed her brows and looked at Mac, "It's Ms. DeCavalcante now?"
"Yeah, they're not gonna call me Bonnano," Mac tried to hold her laughter but saw the soldier looking at her with a serious face.
"Yeah yeah, we're coming," Mac said, finishing her soda. "You wanna come over, Marley?"
"Sure," Marley replied, pulling her arms down the sleeves of her jacket that hung over her chair.
"It's kinda creepy they parked in a back alley behind the cafe, don't you think?" Marley asked as they exited the back door of the building.
"Kinda, yeah," the blonde replied. Two more soldiers had joined them, they had gone from watching the school's entrances, to watching the café's entrance. Mac thought it was a little overwhelming with four soldiers protecting her, but she didn't have a say in the matter.

"Rumors are that one of the mafias in New York is short on cash, and some of them have been spotted circling our harbor earlier today," Derek complained to Madison. They were sitting in the office at Olivia, both at work.
"So you think they'll try to raid you soon?" Madison swirled around in her chair with a smile on her face.
"Yeah, I assume so," Derek pursed his lips but couldn't hold his laughter when he saw the excitement in Madison's eyes. She hadn't been on a mission for a while now.
"Do we ask your mother's permission?"
"No, she made it clear that she wants me to be capo after her, so it should be enough that I'm there. Besides, you know we're free to almost do as we want," Madison winked at the Latino man. He had grown more handsome over the years, there was no denying that.
"Alright then. Maybe Mac should come with us?" Derek suggested. Madison snorted, "You trying to be funny?"
"No? I only had a week of training before my first mission. I didn't get to do anything; I only watched. Very educational," Derek stated.
