Noelle had just returned home, with a sense of unease gnawing at her as she realized Mac wasn't there. She had tried calling and texting her, but there was no reply. Her frustration grew as she paced her room, her mind racing with all the possible scenarios.

Suddenly, movement outside caught her eye, and she hurried to her window, her heart pounding in her chest. Through the glass, she saw two DeCavalcante soldiers, one of them carrying Mac, rushing towards the villa. Without a moment's hesitation, Noelle rushed downstairs.

"What the hell happened?" Noelle demanded, her voice sharp. Her gaze went from the two soldiers to Mac. There was a lot of blood on her clothes, and she was barely conscious. She clenched her fists, her nails digging into her palms as she struggled to contain her emotions.

The soldiers exchanged nervous glances before one spoke up, "there was an attack at Marley's house. Mac was targeted by the Bonnano mafia."

Noelle's jaw clenched as she processed the information. The mere mention of the Bonnano name ignited a fire within her. "Get her to the med bay, asap!"

The soldiers wasted no time in following Noelle's orders, rushing Mac to the med bay, with Noelle trailing closely behind.

The medical team sprang into action, their skilled hands working quickly to assess Mac's injuries and stabilize her condition. Noelle hovered anxiously nearby, her gaze never leaving Mac. When the chaos of the moment finally subsided, Noelle approached the medical team, her voice low but filled with intensity.

"What's her condition?" she asked.

The lead medic glanced up, "she's lost a lot of blood. We're doing everything we can to stabilize her, but we're hopeful."

"Keep me updated on her status," she ordered.

Reluctantly, Noelle stepped out of the med bay to let the medical team work in peace. She paced the corridor outside, her heels echoing against the polished floors.

The minutes stretched into what felt like an eternity, each passing second amplifying Noelle's anxiety. Noelle leaned against the wall, her mind racing with thoughts and scenarios. She couldn't shake the image of Mac lying unconscious on the medical bed.

Desperate for a distraction, Noelle pulled out her phone and began pacing again, her fingers tapping anxiously against the screen as she scrolled through messages and notifications, not really paying attention to any of them.

A soft voice interrupted Noelle's spiraling thoughts, and she looked up to see one of the medics approaching.

"Noelle," the medic began gently, "Mac's condition is stable for now. But we'll need to keep her under observation for the next few hours. Fortunately, there was no damage to any internal organs, so she should recover quickly."

Relief flooded through Noelle, and she felt the tension drain from her body as she absorbed the news. "Thank you," she murmured.

The medic offered a reassuring smile before returning to the med bay, leaving Noelle alone in the corridor once more.

After calming down and gathering her thoughts, Noelle reached for her phone, her fingers trembling slightly as she dialed Madison's number. The phone rang once, twice, before Madison picked up.

"Madison..." she said.

There was a brief pause before Madison responded, her voice laced with concern. "Noelle, what's going on? Is everything okay?"

Noelle's grip tightened on the phone. "Mac's been attacked," she said, her voice strained. "They're still working on her in the med bay, she's stable for now, but she's lost a lot of blood."
