"Displaying thy rictus,switchel in hand
The demon is on thy land"⊱ ───ஓ๑♧๑ஓ ─── ⊰
In our interactions with science, we are often vulnerable; we do not have complete control of the situation and there is a risk that we, or those we love, might be harmed.
Distrust is the confident expectation that another individual's motives, intentions, and behaviors are sinister and harmful to one's own interests
Distrust naturally prompts us to take steps that reduce our vulnerability in an attempt to protect our interests.
Once in place, distrust forms a powerful frame on subsequent events in the relationship, such that even good-faith efforts by the offender to restore the relationship are met with skepticism and suspicion.
Yeonjun did not exactly distrust Yi Young. Well, naturally, how could he just distrust a person he had been in love for a total of 13 months? But he definitely trusted Eunseok way more and way firmer to rely on his sister. Sure, she was lying. Yeonjun himself had spoken to Yi Young that day and had assured Taehyun that his girlfriend would keep his brother safe.
On a second note, Taehyun, that boy did ask Yeonjun to be aware that very day as well. Shit! He shouldn't had disregarded Taehyun.
"To your answer, I don't know. I could consider that she might have been just scared and had made a mistake. Yet, I'll be keeping an eye on her."
"Yes, okay, I understand. Goodnight." Yeonjun ushered Eunhye to his room. He had also layed down on the bed, Soobin's one, but he couldn't fall asleep. It was winters in the east already. The nights are usually longer in the winters but these days, they seemed to be incessant and uncertain. Yeonjun tossed on the bed, trying harder to sleep.
Until yesterday, there remained a dilemma, wether Soobin was even alive. Yeonjun had even prayed that he was not, hoping him a less painful existence. But either God loves him or hates Soobin. Maybe both. Now that he knew that Soobin was alive, something in his heart stub like a blunt needle penetrating through his skin. It wasn't hurting but it was painful to get stubbed again and again, recklessly.
Yeonjun failed to lay down on his bed. He saw that Eunhye had her head covered under the duvet that smelt like mama. It also belonged to his mama and he left like mama hugged him beneath it.
"Must be asleep." Yeonjun sighed. He got up and trotted to his oriel window. He took out a notepad, a pen, and his laptop. Connecting his earphones to his laptop, he played some songs and opened the map. He needed a plan.
If BCFM was their destination, do they go there first? Or, what if it's not even in Busan? Japan? Nah, they must not have trafficked Soobin to Japan. Japanese goons don't have a knack of grown up guys. They like girls, fresh and young. Nah, not Japan. China? Maybe.
