Parker's POV:
My feet shuffle against the damp pavement as I walk to school. I smile, the fact that I might, just might, have a chance with Liam controlling my thoughts. The building quickly approaches and I walk a bit faster, determined to catch him before class. I spot him in front of his locker, talking to his group of friends. As I approach, they walk away and he's left alone. Perfect.
"Um hi..." I mumble.
"Oh, Parker! Hi!" He knows my name?
"Yeah uh... I know you're insane too." I gulp and cover my mouth.
He looks at me, suspicion in his bright blue eyes. "How do you know that?"
"Because I am too. Eb told me."
"Eb?"
"Ebony, she's like Lilith." He gasps, Ebony now clearly visible to the both of us. A dark shadow appears next to her. A figure I can only assume to be Lilith emerges. She wears a large ball gown with a pile of hair atop her head. Almost like an evil Marie Antoinette.
They glance at each other, smirking. "You both like each other so either kiss or burn down the school."
A sudden burst of confidence fires through me, "Why not both?" I grab my lighter from my back pocket, flick it open and toss it into the an open classroom. I grab Liam's hand and drag him towards a hill that faces the school. We sit down and then my ashy lips are on his soft ones as the fire alarm rings.
A/N: sorry I didn't post yesterday, I had to go outside yesterday ew twas and extremely traumatic experience
