The windows were covered today. I couldn't see in.

April 5
The windows were frosted over today. I still couldn't see in.

April 8
I talked to him more today. The frost was beginning to melt in the bottom right corner.

April 15
I didn't talk to him for a week. I forgot. I approached him today. The windows are covered.

August 25
The frost has been steadily going away. I can almost see inside. There's a warm glowing fireplace. Welcoming but it has thick bars in front of it. To keep people out I suppose.

January 18
There are shelves piled high with books upon books. There is a big fat cat sitting in a blue armchair. Cookies and pastries on a platter. Flowers bloom inside. Delicate glass horses prance inside a display case.

It's been a year now. When I checked inside today, the window was open. I watered the flowers inside.

May 7
I climbed in today. It's even more beautiful than I thought. Some of the bars over the warm glowing fireplace are gone. Mine are disappearing too.

May 9
Mine are all gone. Maybe his are too.
