A/N: I HAVE HALF A DAY OF SCHOOL LEFT

Third Person POV:

The car quietly pulled up to the house, headlights beaming through the dusk. A dark figure stepped out of the car and quickly ran to the door. Before he could even ring the doorbell, the door opened and a smiling face attacked him in a hug. "Ryan! I missed you bud..."

"I missed you too. But first, (LET ME TAKE A SELFIE im sorry thats not popular anymore oh well) I wanna show you something." Ryan dragged Brayden out the door and into the woods that surrounded his house.

The soft silence enveloped them and welcomed them into the cool shadows. Hushed chirping filled their ears as leaves drifted and swayed in the bright moonlight. A small overgrown, woodchip wound between the tall trees. They reached up towards the sky like long fingers trying to grab the stars. Leaves fluttered down and softly settled onto the blanketed forest floor. The two boys ran, feet softly hitting the worn path until Ryan suddenly stopped in front of the largest tree they had seen so far. A small rope ladder hung down, an invitation for them to climb.

Ryan went first, crawling up the side of the tree with Brayden following. The top of the small ladder led to a small, gracefully deteriorating treehouse. Moss and ivy slowly picking it apart throughout the years. The roof completely rotted away, revealing the stars. The two boys climbed in and lay down next to each other, embracing the kind acceptance of the woods.

A/N: so after tomorrow, I have no more school so updates should be very often BUT I have dance everyday until the July but not all day so yeah
