okay so i got a new phone, but nothing wanted to transfer from my old one to this one so i dont have my notes anymore to do the aesthetic thingy
the four friends all walked together through the Whispering Woods. the sound of the officer's foot stepping onto a broke off tree branch startled the trio. after a few more seconds of silence, Adora spoke up, "I still can't believe Entrapta's working for the Horde."
she started making assumptions, "Shadow Weaver messed with her mind. she must have. right?"
"I don't know. she seemed normal when we talked to her. Entrapta-normal, but still, she wants to be with the Horde." Glimmer explained.
"they do have better tech than us." Mercelyn admitted.
"but we have magic on our side." Glimmer stayed optimistic.
"magic and tech aren't completely separate things. Entrapta was one of the only people who really understood that." the ravenette spoke.
"she got closer to combining them than anyone else. and...now she's with the Horde." Bow said the next part sadly.
Adora and Glimmer turned to look at Bow. he noticed and changed his tone, "well, who needs Entrapta? you've got Bow, tech master and premier member of the Etherian Maker Community." the arrow Bow was holding caught on fire, and smoke emitted from it.
"ah." he cleared his throat.
"yeah, uh, meant to do that." he coughed.
above them, the friends heard Swift Wind neighing as he landed closer, "ahoy! ha ha, be there in a sec." he landed next to Mercelyn and Adora.
Swift Wind started talking again, "comrades! I spotted buildings ahead, the outpost is close."
Glimmer clenched her fists as she talked, "Entrapta made her decision. we can't change that. but we can focus on our mission and help all our people. we lost all contact with the farming outpost of Alwyn a week ago. yhe Horde hasn't been reported in the area, but we can't be too careful."
Adora scoffed, "they're definitely involved. they always are."
"we can handle the Horde. I don't care if they do have Entrapta's inventions, they're no match for us! we'll handle this the way we always do." Glimmer confidently stated.
Adora asked, "brute strength?" Swift Wind also guessed, "almost dying?" Mercelyn couldn't help but also add, "making out with the enemy?" which caused Adora to glare at her and elbow her side.
"jeez, if you wanna fuck me just ask. don't need to be mean about it." Mercelyn rolled her eyes and rubbed the spot Adora had hit. the girl saw Adora about to open her mouth, but Merc shut her mouth for her by simply saying "no."
