Ophelia's life seems normal, at least as normal as it can be as a model and actress. Despite her past that often makes her doubt, she is positive. She enjoys travelling, the new places she discovers, and life with her friends Luisa and Charlotte who...
A true friend doesn't get in the way unless things are going downhill. People come and go, but the best friends stay forever. Friends are the people who stay, even if you don't function as usual. There are people who come out of nowhere and fix everything.
,,Ophelia, we want to go, how much longer do you need?" called Luisa, who was waiting impatiently at the door to my apartment.
,,I'm almost ready, just one more spray of my perfume and we can go" I laughed and walked out of my bathroom after I was done.
Charlotte didn't really notice much of the conversation, she was engrossed in her phone and checking her instagram account.
,,I thought we weren't going anywhere!'' Luisa giggled and looked at me with a big grin on her face.
,,Come on, it was only because you both suddenly turned up at my door and wanted to do something without telling me!'' I tried to defend myself and grinned.
Charlotte looked over at us and just raised an eyebrow. ,,If you two keep talking we won't be able to get away'' and started laughing. Charlotte intervened and was already walking down the corridor. Luisa and Ophelia looked at each other and shrugged as they followed Charlotte down the corridor.
It was a beautiful warm summer day in London. We headed into the city to go to a café to talk and enjoy the time. I loved the time with them, we were all on the same weavelenght and got along great. We were always there for each other, which was probably also because we had pretty much the same interests. We decided to go to Starbucks as we all loved this place and couldn't get enough of it. As usual, we all ordered ourselves a Iced Matcha Tea Latte.
,,And girls, do any of you have any exciting news to share with us?'' Luisa asked excitedly and looked back and forth between the two of us.
,,Not that I know, unless Ophelia has something exciting to tell about her life, I mean she knows one of the most famous Formula1 drivers!'' Charlotte looked at me and laughed.
,,Well, whether this news is exciting or not, Lewis has invited me to come along to the next race. He's been raving about showing me around even though he knows I'm not really interested in this sport..'' Ophelia sipped on her Iced Matcha Tea Latte and already knew what was coming.
,,Are you kidding? This is a unique opportunity to experience something new, I mean who doesn't want to be at a Formula1 race?'' Luisa and Charlotte stared at Ophelia, and she knew that nothing would change their minds.
Ophelia pondered for a while, completely absorbed in her thoughts. She remembered the past, the time when her parents were still alive. Her dad was always interested in Formula1 and always made Ophelia watch it for him. But after he died, she wanted nothing more to do with it. The memories just hurt too much. Even though her best friend was a Formula1 dirver. But somehow my friends managed to convince me and together we wrote to Lewis.

I hope that wasn't a bad idea, but somehow I was looking forward to it. Finally seeing my best friend again, and getting a bit closer to my dad, somehow I liked it.
