,,It's a shame you can't be here, it's beautiful and you'd both love it. I really miss you guys"
I looked at Charlotte and Luisa on my phone for a while before planning my outfit for tonight with them. After all, they already knew about my luck tonight.
,,You have to tell us what this Max is like!" Charlotte looked at me compellingly.
‚,I understand sir" I laughed ,,But the first thing I need is an outfit" I rummaged frantically through my suitcase and put out various outfits. Charlotte and Luisa finally decided on a Black velvet dress. I agreed with their decision and took care of the rest.
,,You look absolutely stunning honey!" Luisa and Charlotte said at the same time and grinned.
,,You will make the men weak tonight"
,,Luisa don't exaggerate" I was secretly beaming with happiness and friends.
,,I have to go now girls, I'll tell you everything when I'm back and not completely drunk by then" I joked and said goodbye to the two. ,,Love ya guys!"
I hung up and as usual shared a picture of my outfit with the people on Instagram.

I checked my mobile phone to see if Lewis had texted me yet. After all, I didn't know where and when the party was supposed to take place and was now completely lost in front of the main entrance of the hotel. I desperately tried to reach Lewis, but he didn't answer his phone.
"Cmon Lewis answer!" I sighed as his voicemail went to his phone again.
Desperately, I sat down on the stairs. This was not how I had imagined the evening to be. After a while I decided to go back to the hotel, as there was no point in waiting until Lewis finally answered his phone.
As I was about to walk back through the entrance to the hotel, a car honked. I couldn't help but turn around. There was a sport car downstairs. As the passenger window slowly rolled down, I looked into the blue eyes of Max, the Formula 1 driver.
,,It seems you need a ride" he smiled at me. I walked slowly down the stairs and felt his intense gaze on me. I knew I looked good, after all Charlotte and Luisa had already said that to me.
In max's mind: ,,Oh wow she really looks stunning in that dress..."
It felt like an eternity to him as I walked down the stairs in my black dress. But when I arrived at the car, he took his eyes off me.
,,You're really my salvation!" I got into his car and we drove off.
,,I'm Ophelia by the way" I looked at him from the side.
,, Nice to meet you Ophelia, I think you already know who I am" He looked over at me and I blushed slightly.
,, After having to tell Lewis, yes" I grinned sheepishly as I thought of Lewis noticing all our stares.
,, I've never seen you on the track before. Is this your first race?"
,, In a way, yes. Sounds crazy when you have a Formula 1 driver as a best friend. But a lot of things came up and there was never the chance" I didn't want to tell him any more than that, I only knew him for a few minutes and telling him about my fate was too much.
,, Then I can be happy that this is your first race and I have the chance to get to know you right away!"

After a while we stopped. We had arrived. I was about to get out of the car when Max quickly jumped out and opened the door for me. I smiled at him and got out of the car. Barely out of the car, several people stood and took photos of us. I flinched, I mean I was used to people taking pictures of me but this was different somehow. Embarrassed, I put my hand in front of my face.
,, Can we go inside Max?" I said and looked at him for help.
,, Of course, get the hell away from her!" Max looked at the paparazzi and grabbed me by the hand as he pulled me away from them.
When we get inside, I exhaled once in relief. ,,Thank you, I don't know what was wrong with me"
,, All right, let's have fun now" He took me by the hand again and we walked inside together. A lot of eyes were on us, I mean it probably came across as if I was his girlfriend. I mean why should I be with him, I don't even know him, but something in my head told me that I wanted it in a way. I liked the feeling his big strong hands gave me. I felt so safe and secure.
,, I'll get us something to drink" Max walked off and I stood there alone, not knowing anyone. I heard footsteps coming towards me and secretly hoped that it was Max and that I was no longer standing there so forlornly. But in contrast, Lewis came towards me. He was about to hug me, but I stepped back and looked at him seriously.
,,Why didn't you answer your phone Lewis! I was waiting for a message from you, you idiot!" It felt weird being mad at Lewis. And I honestly couldn't keep it up for long.
,, I'm sorry Feli, I think I've had too many drinks and my phone on silent" He looked at me apologetically and I couldn't help but forgive him.
,,It's all right, somehow I still came"
Lewis took me in his arms and gave me a quick kiss on my forehead. ,,It won't happen again! But tell me, how did you get here?"
And at that moment Max came to us with two drinks in his hand.
