𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐒𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍:
𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬Anyone could have seen the wrath rising in Katara, after all, she is known for her extremely short temper. Her face was set into a scowl, clearly irritated and her shoulders became stiff.
She was ready for blood to be spilt.
The restaurant was liberated of any witnesses or unnecessary bystanders when the air is unexpectedly rent by the sound of breaking glass. The sound of a wine bottle smashed into a thousand glittering fragments alerted Aang to be first on his feet. Breaking glass rarely heralds anything good.
Sokka instantly rises to his feet, terror in his eyes as Katara is ambushed and dragged away from the table by Hakoda's men. "Dad, no! Let her go!" He shouts but Sokka can't seem to move.
Shortly, he discovers he was being held back by two other men. Even Aang appeared to be surrounded, yet he wasn't resisting or doing anything of it. He didn't seem startled by the dramatic turn of events.
Sokka turns to Hakoda. "Dad, stop! Have you officially gone insane?!"
"Son, don't interfere." Hakoda doesn't spare him a sympathised look.
Sokka turns to Aang, narrowing his eyes as to why Aang was not doing anything about the situation yet.
The Avatar simply stands, hands in his pockets, plainly unbothered by the situation. Even the men around him were baffled by his calm demeanour.
"Back off!" Katara yells at the men around her. Yet, they didn't seem to be attentive as she opposed them. When they moved, she had to also and if her feet failed to keep up she risked being taken away. "For crying out loud, freaking move before I chop your heads off!" Her voice rises.
"Miss Katara, stop protesting and just follow the orders." One of them speaks. "We ask you to cooperate."
Katara shoots them a threatening glare, noting herself that he'll be the first of Hakoda's men she'd come after once all this is over.
She turns to her father. "Father dearest, tell your men to get away from me before I tear their heads off." She threatens intensely.
Hakoda looks calm and cool as ever. "Sweetheart, don't fight it. It's no use."
Katara's brow twitches in anger. "Fine. You asked for this." She mutters as she advances toward Hakoda's men. She bends the water from the restaurant's kitchen in the back and creates two lashing tendrils of water, arming herself with two water whips at her hands.
