Since Kaveh was closer, he answered the door, knowing exactly who it was.
He opened the door, and sure enough, Tighnari was standing there, a brown wicker basket in one hand, and Cyno's hand in the other. "Hey!" Tighnari said as he basically dragged Cyno into Alhaitham's house. Kaveh shut the door behind them and followed them to the big table in the kitchen where Alhaitham was already waiting. "What is in the basket?" Alhaitham asked, eying the basket. "Well, I figured we'd be studying for a while, so I made us some Mushroom Hodgepodge, my specialty!" Tighnari added with a smile on his face as he pushed the basket to the middle of a table.
"Where do baby mushrooms grow before they're born?" Cyno asked.
Tighnari gave him the side eye as everyone else stayed silent.
"The Mush-womb."

Kaveh tried not to laugh because of the awkward silence, Alhaitham just sat there, and it took everything in Tighnari to not genuinely try to hurt him.
"Okay, let's start our study break." Alhaitham said, trying to break the tension.
Kaveh groaned and leaned back in his chair.
"If you don't like it, you can simply go somewhere else." Alhaitham said, already reading his textbook.
Kaveh sat up and glared at Alhaitham. "Be quiet. This is why no one likes you." Kaveh fired back, with a sarcastic tone. Tighnari and Cyno sat there awkwardly. "Aww, I know you love me..." Alhaitham said with a smirk on his face. "We're barely even friends!" Kaveh said. "Friends?" Tighnari questioned."We thought you two were together. " Cyno added. Both of them with a hint of confusion on their faces.
"What?!" Kaveh and Alhaitham said in perfect unison. While both turning to look at Cyno and Tighnari.
Kaveh and Alhaitham turned back to look at each other and simultaneously made a disgusted face.
I'm no photographer, but I can picture them together. " Cyno said with a small smile.
Tighnari bashed his head against the table out of annoyance as Kaveh and Alhaitham just looked at Cyno with disapproving looks.
"This is why you need to stop being so flirtatious." Kaveh said while rolling his eyes.
"Me? The flirtatious one?" Alhaitham said as he raised his eyebrow.
Kaveh sighed and pulled out his textbook. Tighnari and Cyno looked at each other and laughed as they pulled out their textbooks.
