Once they got back to Alhaitham's house, they noticed the door was unlocked. Alhaitham cautiously opened the door.
"Jeda??" Alhaitham exclaimed
"Jeda ?!" Kaveh says with an excited and confused tone as he peeks his head out from behind Alhaitham.
"Hello, Alhaitham!" She says." And hello to you too, Kaveh!" She says as Kaveh waves to her. "What are you doing here?" Alhaitham asked. "I came here to surprise you since I haven't seen you in forever, but no one was home. The door was unlocked, so I let myself in!" She explained. "The door was unlocked?" Alhaitham said as he turned to look and Kaveh. "Yeah... I may have lost my keys... again." Kaveh said with a nervous chuckle. Alhaitham shook his head and pulled Kaveh into the house behind him. They shut and locked the door behind them. Alhaitham's grandmother just stared at them. "Does Kaveh live here, too?" She asked. "Yeah. I do." Kaveh replied. She smirked and looked at them both. "I knew it." She said quietly as she turned to walk more into the house.
Kaveh and Alhaitham turned to look at each other. The second they met each other's eyes, they both turned away. Kaveh was blushing profusely, and Alhaitham, even if he didn't show it, was blushing as well. They followed Alhaitham's grandmother into the room with the big table that they usually used to play Genius invocation TCG with Cyno and Tighnari.

They all sit down. "So. How are you two getting along? How is the relationship?" Alhaithams grandmother asks. Both their faces instantly drop into a stunned expression. "It's uhhhh... good?" Kaveh replies, looking at Alhaitham for assistance. "Agreed. It's going nicely." Alhaitham added flashing Kaveh a soft smile, causing Kaveh to blush a little bit. And of course, Alhaitham saw this. Causing him to stare at Kaveh with a lovesick smile.

"Well, it's getting late." Alhaitham said, trying his hardest to change the topic. "True. So, where will I be sleeping?" His grandmother asks. "Sleeping?" Kaveh and Alhaitham said in perfect unison, thinking of Alhaitham's small, two bedroom apartment. "Well I didn't come all this way for a visit that would only last a few hours. They decided that Alhaitham's grandmother would sleep in Alhaitham's room. That left one room. Kaveh's room. They both stood in the doorway, staring at the one bed. "If you would prefer, I can just go sleep on the couch?" Alhaitham offered up. "No, it's fine." Kaveh said, while in reality, he was having the inner monologue of the century, accompanied by lots of internal screaming. They both got into the room, and changed into more comfy clothes, while on opposite sides of the room facing away from each other.

They both climbed into the bed and laid there. Neither of them had any idea what to do.Last time they shared a bed was many years ago, when they had sleepovers at a young age. Because back then their relationship wasn't as complicated.

Kaveh rotated over to look in the direction of Alhaitham. To his surprise, the latter was already facing him. Kaveh froze in shock and just laid there. Alhaitham took his hand and brushed it through Kaveh's long, blond hair. "Goodnight, Kaveh" Alhaitham said, as he slowly fell asleep. Once he was asleep, Kaveh lifted his own hand and touched the place that Alhaitham had touched. He blushed and smiled cutely as he also slowly fell asleep.

*Authors note* hehehe I'm back. sorry for the really slow update. I go really distracted by school life and playing games. (*cough cough* grinding on Genshin to save up for Kaveh who comes out in 3(ish) days.) But yes, I will try my best to upload faster from now on.
