Arely's POV
Did Blake just say girlfriend? My boyfriend's best friend is dating my best friend...well...sister. Why didn't Alexis tell me this? When did this happen? I have all these questions that need answers and I intended to get it from Blake or Alexis. I was shocked that they got together and didn't tell anybody. But wait, why was Barry there right by your side every inch of the way.
"What?" I asked. "You and Alexis are a thing?"
"That's what I said," Blake replied.
"Just get your ass in there and practice Blake," I sighed. "I assure you that she will be fine. I'm her sister, just believe me."
"Fine," Blake groaned walking inside.
My sister is with my boyfriend's best friend. I could tell Blake eyes that this is not the way him and Alexis planned for me to find out. I paced around outside what what seemed like forever. I guess I pissed you off for a few hours because the guys walked out of the studio. I stopped pacing and got out my phone.
"Babe, are you okay?" Drew asked.
"Do I look like I'm okay?" I asked looking at him as the other guys left in their van. "Answer me that will you?!"
"Sweetheart, I've seen you in all kinds of moods right now you're just downright scary," Drew backed up a bit. "What's wrong?"
"Did you know Blake and Alexis got together?" I asked.
"No, I didn't," Drew nodded. "When did this happen?"
"I don't know but I don't think Blake was supposed to tell me because his eyes at that look like he was supposed to tell. either way I'm still wondering why Alexis didn't tell me first," I sighed. "It just bugs me because I am her sister. I live with her." June I hung out for a few hours before it was time for him to take me home in time for dinner. I sat down. "Something smells good, Dad."
"Alexis loves when I cook my famous chili," Dad smiled as he set the table and made a bowl for the three place settings. "She'll be home soon."
I heard the front door close. "I smell chili," Alexis said walking in smiling. "Dad, you didn't have to."
"And she got a change of clothes," I sighed.
"It's your first job," Dad smiled as we sat down. "How was work?"
"It was exhausting but fun," Alexis smiled. "How was NCIS?"
"DiNozzo won't shut up that you made it into the FBI and he didn't," Dad smiled.
"Well, I guess I'll have to see him tomorrow since it's my day off," Alexis nodded. "Hotch said I'm not needed in tomorrow and told me I can stay home so I'm going to NCIS tomorrow."
"You sound like you're living the life," I managed to smile. "I'm proud of you."
We started eating. After ten minutes, I can tell the awkward silence was starting to irritate Alexis. "Alright, everyone has something on their mind," Alexis sighed putting her spoon down. "Come on. Clear the air, everyone."
"Tony says you and him are a couple," Dad stated. "Is that true?"
"What?!" Alexis and I exclaimed at the same time. "Stop that! No! You stop that!"
"Just stop," Alexis stood up. "There is no way Tony and I are EVER getting together."
"Yeah, because she's with Blake," I started standing up.
"You're with who now?" Dad asked standing up.
"How'd you find out?" Alexis asked me calmly.
"Blake kinda told me after I talked to him because he was all worried about you that he couldn't focus at rehearsals today," I slowly stated. "I didn't mean to push it out of him b-but he accidentally let it slip."
"I swear, that boy has the worst timing," Alexis sighed. Her phone rang. She took a spoon full of her chili and wiped her mouth. "I gotta go. There's a case."
"Okay bye," I sighed as Alexis left. Dad started cleaning. "Dad, you don't have to do that."
"No, it's okay," Dad nodded. "It reminds me that Alexis lost her teenage years from me when I sent her to live in NYC." Dad sighed. "I just wish I could get those years back and raise her right."
"From what I seen, you haven't lost Alexis," I smiled.
"You should get to bed," Dad nodded.
"Goodnight," I smiled. I went up to my room and changed into shorts and a t-shirt. I got in bed and went to bed. The next morning I woke up at six thirty and got dressed. I went downstairs and saw Alexis on the couch with a blanket over her. "Alexis?" I woke her up. "Alexis?"
"What time is it?" she whined.
"About seven," I said as she pulled the covers over her head. "What time did you get in?"
"2am," she mumbled.
I heard a honk. "Well, remember to go to NCIS today," I sighed. "I gotta go, my ride is here."
