Arely's POV
"We have a lot of conversing to do after we change," I nodded. I changed into a black one length dress with lace sleeves. I also had on black lace heels as well. "Are you done?"
"Yeah," Alexis smiled turning around. She had on a one shoulder silver, glimmering dress that stopped halfway down her thighs. She changed into a pair of different silver heels to. "What do you think?"
"Do I even have to answer that?" I asked. We both laughed. "Come on." We walked out of the dressing room and Dad pulled us aside up meet someone in uniform. "Who's this?"
"This is Petty Officer Frank Davis, US --"
"Marine Corp," Alexis finished. "I recognize the uniform."
"Is your daughter going into the military?" Frank asked shaking Alexis' hand.
"No," Alexis nodded. "I'm thinking FBI."
"How about you?" Frank asked me as he shook my hand.
"I'm going to hit the road with my boyfriend," I nodded. "I'm a musician."
"Lord knows I can't stop her from not wanting to hit the road," Alexis said as she drapped her right arm around my shoulder. "She may be my best friend but we have different dreams."
"But?" I asked.
"I may become a musician with you and travel," Alexis smiled.
"You never told me this," Dad nodded.
"Dad, I'm eighteen but I think being a musician is a little better," Alexis sighed. "Please, Dad. It's this or the FBI."
"We are going to Quantico tomorrow," Dad nodded. "You can run their training course and if you pass, you are staying with the FBI."
"But Dad, you know I'm going to pass," Alexis defended. "This is my future. Why can't I travel the road?"
"How are you going to pay for things you need?" Dad asked.
"You branched an account with her name that has twenty five thousand dollars on it," I reminded him. "Unless you forgot all about that."
"Arely has my back," Alexis smiled. "And im not driving thirty minutes just to get to work."
"Don't have to," Dad stated. "Tony will drive you back and forth."
"In that case, I'll take my chances on the road," Alexis smiled.
"Alexis, Barry's here," I said pointing at Barry. She looked in my direction. "I don't think he changed anything." She looked down at the ring on her finger. "Having second thoughts?" I pulled Alexis away from Dad and Frank. "Alexis?"
"Even if I don't end up with Barry, I still want him to be a part of my life," Alexis sighed.
"Go," I smiled. "Go."
"Barry," Alexis kinda stated over the music.
"She really loves him," I sighed. I walked over to Drew. "Hey."
"Hey babe," Drew smiled as he hugged me. "Where's your other half?"
"She's talking to Barry," I sighed.
"Did you guys even invite Barry?" Drew asked.
"Well, Alexis invited people she knew and I invited people I knew," I stated. "You seriously don't think I know all these people, do you?"
"Do you know how many people I know?" Drew asked.
"Too many to name off, I bet," I smiled. "Out of all the dresses I wore which one do you think the best?"
"Did you just seriously ask me that?" Drew asked. I nodded. "Okay, well, I think he was a devil costume pretty good. I'm not going to lie, you did look sexy in it."
"I did?" I asked.
"Mhmm," Drew nodded.
"How about something that is not a costume?" I asked.
"Babe, you look great in everything," Drew said draping is right arm around me. "You shouldn't ask me if you look good because you always do."
"You always know what to say to make me smile, Drew," I smiled. "That's what I love about you because you're the best."
"Did you tell Agent Gibbs what you plan to do?" Drew asked.
"Yeah and Alexis is thinking about doing the same but Dad is wanting her to do something else first," I sighed. "And its tomorrow. I'm going to go with her and do what she has to do."
"I'll go with you guys," Drew nodded.
"You would?" I asked.
"Yeah, I'll do whatever it is you guys need to do," he smiled. "Just let me knows what I need to wear."
"Something to work out in because you're going to need it," I nodded. "Just don't ask because you said you would do this."
"And I will," Drew nodded.
"Stick to it, Mr. Drew Ryan Scott," I smiled. "And I do wish you the best of luck on what we do tomorrow."
"Why can't you tell me?" Drew asked.
"Because I do not want you too skip out on me at the last minute," I smiled. "Or anytime since you said you are going to do this thing with Alexis and I."
