Slowly opening her eyes, Y/n found herself sleeping on an unfamiliar bed inside an unfamiliar room. She muttered to herself that she must be dreaming as she got up and roamed the room.
There are many things she's not used to seeing as an ordinary salary woman who's addicted to gaming and fictional characters. As she finished looking around the room, she decided to go out and explore.
She saw an empty and dimly lit hallway. She also just realized that she didn't have any shoes on and was walking on the cold marble floor.
From afar, she heard murmurs which she followed and led her to a magnificent yet familiar hall. Two people seem to be having a conversation yet they manage to detect her eavesdropping from a distance.
"Our guest seems to be awake now. Please, don't be alarmed by our presence. Can we talk?" A seemingly wise child asked politely but Y/n wasn't a bit scared, she was surprised.
In front of her was her favorite archon from the game she played and behind her was her main, Wanderer. She approached them as Nahida introduced herself and the wanderer.
"I'm Y/n, nice to meet you Nahida and of course you too, baby girl." she introduced herself and winked at the wanderer who looked at her with disgust.
"It looks like you know us already or it is just the way you greet in your own world?" Nahi asked with curiosity because of her carefree behavior.
"Something like that...by the way, are we in the Sanctuary of Surasthana? Did I say that right? I never knew that place is this big." She asked, looking around while the two people with her began to feel alarmed.
For someone that's not from Sumeru or even in Teyvat to know this place so accurately makes them so suspicious.
"Miss Y/n, can I ask if you know us? Aside from our introduction of course" Nahida asked.
"Yep, I know you both well. You're the current dendro archon and he's the past fatui harbinger. We're in Sumeru right?" She states.
"Lesser Lord Kusanali, permission to eliminate her." The wanderer asked but Nahida told him not to kill her right away. They were even surprised when she showed no reaction to the threat and was even laughing.
"Pfft- you really can't go against your new mom, can you? And since I'm in a dream, I can't be killed." She said with a smug and confident look.
"Hmm, wanna try that theory out? I'd gladly strangle you to death." The wanderer stated with a sarcastic smile.
"As much as I simp for you, baby girl, I have a strong sense of dignity. I'm not into that kinky stuff." She said, brushing her shoulder.
"If I may, how do you know about us when it's just your first day here in Teyvat?" Nahida asked, interrupting her sarcastic banter.
Y/n stopped teasing her favorite character, but when she was about to say that she knew them because they are from a game she played, there wasn't a voice coming out of her throat.
