Room

Rain falls down my windowpane, weeping with me.

As I remember the memories of us in this room.

Pain hits every part of my body.

I can barely catch my breath in this room.

Everything reminds me of the old flame.

That used to burn so brightly in this room.

Again, and again, the memories flood back.

Stronger each time I breath in.

Nothing could prepare me of your departure.

The clouds from the day before were a clue.
