Chapter 10

My alarm went off and I woke up. I removed my One direction eye band and my eyes were met by warm beams of sunshine making its way through my window. I felt so cozy. SO SARAISH..

The thought of waking up without rushing my way towards the washroom to get ready is very relaxing. No school, no responsibilities. I can do whatever I want to, it's been one month since I am living this awesome life. This feeling is just out of the world. YOLO BITCHES!!

I checked my phone I had one text from Zaid-

"There? "

I slept early last night and he had sent the text late. He must be sleeping now because he slept late last night so there is no point replying to him, I thought to myself. Things are perfect between me and Zaid, we have gotten really close. We mostly chat every evening for long hours. YO BUDDIES!!

  

I decided to go out and sit with my parents. I left my bed and went outside. My parents were sitting outside having tea and reading newspaper. CLICHE! I greeted them and sat on the chair besides them.

  

"How come you woke up so early?" My mom asked.

"I slept early last night", I replied.

"Sara we have got an email for you", daddy said.

 "What is it Dad? "I asked. Suddenly I felt very nervous because I knew it's going to be something major. MUMMAAAA

"It's an offer letter from the university you applied for in singapore", he announced with a big smirk.

"OMG! Are you both serious? I am soooo happy ? Can I see it? And why didn't they send it on my mail?". YES, ALL THIS IN ONE BREATH!

"Sara, relax for a moment", my mum said.

"Here you go", she showed me the email on her phone. I seriously got through it, I still can't believe it. HAPPY DANCE!!

"Mom, Dad you both are happy, right ?"

"Ofcourse daughter if you are happy then we are always happy. Now you go and get in touch with the university people and start with the process, just one month is left", my dad said with mixed emotions.

"Yeah okay", I stood up and left the room.

I went to my room and send a text to all my friends telling them about my acceptance letter.

Later I texted Zaid- "Zaiiiiiiid, wake up sleeping beauty :P I gotta news for you :D "

I took a shower, changed into comfy clothes, made a messy bun out of my hair and sat on the couch with my MacBook. I quickly opened my mailbox. They had sent one copy to me also. I replied to them and the process started. I felt so good, everything was falling at place. I was smiling to myself like a stupid teenager. EEEEEE

My phone Beeped signalling a new message, I realised I had zoned out again. Not again Sara! I thought to myself. Zoning out always ? Urgh..
