IT WAS PAST MIDNIGHT AND THE POGUES VOTED TOGETHER ON RESTING IN THE CARGO BED OF THE TRUCK WITH SOME BLANKETS, THEREFORE THEY COULD RECHARGE FOR THE DAY AHEAD OF THEM. The group of friends had previously gotten the truck repaired for an unbelievably high price that Kiara insisted on paying for, using her parents card.
Aelia gazed into the night sky, watching as the stars twinkled above her as Kiara screwed the lid onto JJ's flask and moved it away from his sleeping figure. Pope was fast asleep too, huddled into JJ's side which Lia had already captured a picture of so that she could embarrass the Heyward boy in the future.
The Carrera girl took notice to her girlfriend's pondering expression as she carefully moved closer to the brunette, not wanting to wake any of the sleeping boys. Kiara remained seated at the side of the Brooks girl as Lia's back was pressed against the floor of the cargo bed, her brown eyes which were set on the blinking stars above moved slowly across to scan Kie's face which was looking down on her.
The curly haired girl showed a slight smile that she had attempted to bite back as her honey brown eyes met deep brown ones. She couldn't help but feel the butterflies fluttering around her stomach when Aelia returned the smile, a tint of pink rushing into her freckled cheeks. "Hi."
