Chapter Thirty Eight

Isabel Rodríguez POV

Antonio and Allegra came running and laughing to the room. "Mom this house is so big" Allegra said with a wowed look on her face."Is that you mommy and who are the babies?" Allegra said while pointing at the paint, I was about to answer her but she just continued. "Who's room is this and where is our room?" Allegra continued. "Well first thing first the babies are you two and yes that's me second thing this is your dads room and we haven't fixed your rooms yet so you will have to sleep in my room" I said and took them both by the hands. "So it's getting late and it's time to put you two little munchkins to sleep" I said and was about to leave the room until I heard Amedeo say "Can I help you" I looked back at him and gave him a smile and nodded my head.

We went over to my room and I just didn't want to be in here, it reminded me about everything. I spent most of my days locked up in here. "Wow mama your room is so big" Allegra said and I smiled at her. "Alright Amedeo, where are the suitcases?" I asked him and he pointed at the closet. I opened it up and all of our clothes packed up and organized. "When did you get the time to do all this?" I asked him as I took out the twins' pajamas. "I didn't do it the maids did" He said. He has changed a little bit I mean I know for a fact he doesn't like maids and stuff like that but what can I say. "Oh okay" I said as I changed Antonio and gave the other pajamas to Amedeo for him to change to Allegra. When they both were in their pajamas we took them to the bed. "Mom dad can you sleep with us please" Antonio asked and I looked at Amedeo. "Sure" He said and I smiled at them.

We got in the bed and the kids were in the middle and we both were on the side. I looked down and they were both asleep, I looked at Amedeo who was already looking at me. "So you got a boyfriend?" He said in a low tone. "Yes well maybe not anymore, I don't think it will work out" I said and he just smiled. "When will everyone come here?" I asked him. "Tomorrow probably they all miss you so much and you kind of missed a lot of shit" He said. "Really, come let's get up and talk downstairs so we won't wake them up" I said as I quietly got up from the bed. We both went downstairs and to the living room. "So tell me what have I missed," I said. "Well let's start with those who have gotten married, Alora and Eduardo got married three years ago, Ethan and Tatian got married one year ago and here is the most unexpected thing Aliyah and Rapheal" He said and I was shocked. "WHAT" I said and he chuckled. "Since when" I asked. "Actually two months ago but it was for a mafia reason she didn't want to nor did he" He said. "She will probably do anything for him to divorce her and I don't know I think she might succeed with it but maybe not" I said and he laughed. "Oh yeah she is putting him through hell like one time she changed his shampoo to glue and cut small circles from his suit and trust me we laughed our asses off when he came down stairs with two circles on his ass" He said while "Let's do a bet, I bet that they will divorce" Amedeo said and I gave him a smirk. "I bet they won't" I said. "The loser will have to do an embarrassing thing" I said and we shook hands, I was laughing my ass off just thinking about Rapheal ass cheeks out.

He looked at me with a smile. "I missed that laugh" He said and it took me right back to that night in that club. "Please let's just not" I said in a low tone. It was a quiet moment before I said anything. "What more have I missed?" I said. "So Jack and Hernando is married and Elijah and Mila is dating but you know Alora's dad he died month ago and said something to Alora that got her messed up, no one knows what he said but we know its something not good" He said and that's when I heard the front door opened up. "Are you fucking dumb everyone is probably sleeping and he said tomorrow morning you stupid fuck" I heard Ali say. "You know what I am actually this close to divorcing you but I know you will be happy so long as I am married to you and you are suffering and I am fine by that" I heard Rapheal say and I laughed. That's when I heard Ali and Rapheal yelling and I got up to see them both hugging each other. "What are you doing?" I said and they both let go of each other. "OMG ESME" Ali yelled and went over to hug me. I hugged her back.
