He held the memory gun to my forehead. "Please!" I begged him. "You're my brother!"

"I've never seen you in my life," Dipper said coldly. His hair had been timed so you could just see his birthmark poking out from under his bangs. He wore a red robe and a misted look to his eyes.

"Do it," said Blind Ivan behind him. "Do it now, boy!"

But, he hesitated. "Dipper," I begged. "This isn't you."

"Of course this is me," Dipper snapped. "And I don't have a sister."

"Then why aren't you shooting me?" I asked.

Silence. The gun was still pressed to my forehead, but the trigger didn't move. I tried to stand up, but Dipper shoved me down to my knees again. "I'm trying to help you," Dipper said. "You've seen too much and you're confused."

I rolled my eyes. "Is that what he told you?" I asked, pointing at Ivan. Dipper nodded. "Of course. He's my guardian."

Ivan grabbed the back of Dipper's robe. "Do it, boy, before I do it for you!"

Dipped steadied the gun. I shut my eyes, waiting for the blow that would wipe my memory and I'd become just like Dipper. Confused, memoryless, and, well, not Mabel.

But, the blow never came. I opened my eyes again and looked up.

Ivan clenched his teeth. "Fine, I'll do it myself." He swiped for the gun.

"No," Dipper said, pulling the gun out of his reach.

Ivan tried to grab it again, but Dipper swiped it away again. Ivan's pale face was starting to turn red. "Give me the gun, boy!"

Dipper winced, but he didn't give in. Ivan gave up trying to grab the gun and struck Dipper hard across the face. He let out a grunt of pain and fell to the ground. The memory gun skitted across the floor. I grabbed it.

Ivan grabbed Dipper by the robe and held him in the air so they were face to face. "You're a disgrace to the Society!"

Dipper was trying to wiggle free, but he couldn't. I fumbled a little with the gun, changing the words on it to say Society of the Blind Eye. I held up the gun and yelled, "Hey!"

Ivan and Dipper both looked at me. "Drop him," I said through gritted teeth.
"You don't have the power to use that," Ivan said.

"Shut up," I said. "I said, drop him."

Ivan glanced at Dipper then, with a small smirk, dropped him on his face. I winced, but didn't drop my gaze from Ivan. "Now, step away," I said, trying to sound older than I was.

Ivan, almost mockingly, took a step away. "We're the rest of your order?"

He rolled his eyes at me. "You're friends already have them."

I resisted the urge to look behind me to see Soos and Wendy tying up the rest of the members. "Why don't you join them?" I asked.

"Do you take me for an idiot?"

I shrugged. "Well..."

Ivan went for me, but I jumped out of the way. As he was on the ground, I shot him with the memory gun. Then I tossed it to Wendy. "You wipe their memories," I said, pointing at the other Society members. Then I ran over to Dipper. He was giving me a weird look. "Who are you?"

"You won't remember, but I'm your sister. My name's Mabel," I said.

"I know, you told me," Dipper muttered. "The question I have, is why don't I remember you?"

I pointed at the now memoryless Blind Ivan. "He used that gun to erase your memory."

Dipper's face went pale. "H-he did?"

I nodded. "But don't worry. We can get them back." I grabbed his arm and dragged him to the room where they kept the memory tubes. "Look for your name."

"What's my name?" Dipper asked. "I mean, my last name."

"Pines," I said.

Dipper nodded, muttering it under his breath. "Pines? Why can't I remember that?"

"He erased everything from your memory."

"Why would he do that?" Dipper asked, sounding genuinely curious.

I shrugged. "You got in his way and that's how he solves his problems."

"Really? What was I doing?"

I shrugged. "Probably hunting ghosts or goblins or whatever else from that journal of yours."

"What journal?" Dipper asked.

Just then, I found his tube. "Aha! Here it is! This'll tell you everything!"

"Really?" Dipper looked at the tube skeptically.

I nodded. "I've seen it before. Don't worry."

"How can I trust you?" Dipper asked.

The words hurt. "Dip, I'm you're sister! You tell me everything and trust is the thing that keeps us together as twins! Don't say that!"

Dipper winced. "Oh. Okay."

I put the tube in the tv thing. It showed Dipper fighting monsters, using the journal, flirting with Wendy (if you can even call it that), stuff like that.

I glanced at Dipper. He blinked a couple times. Then, when I turned back to the screen, it was when the Society had gotten a hold of him. He was strapped to the chair tightly and struggling. "I'm going to enjoy this, Dipper Pines," said Ivan's voice. Then there was a flash and the screen went black.

Even as I turned to see if it had worked, Dipper grabbed me in a hug. "Mabel...how could I have forgotten all this?"

I rubbed his back. "Welcome back, Dipping Sauce."
