One special day, Elphaba sat at her desk in her bedroom when Nick walked in.
"Hey Nick, can i talk to you?" Elphaba asked anxiously.
"Yes, my sweet?" Nick asked taking ahold of her green hand.
"I...uh...um.." Elphaba stuttered.
"Is something wrong, my green witch?" Nick wondered.
He had been trying out new pet names to figure out what to call Elphaba.
"It actually has something to do with the green," Elphaba whispered.
"Not this again. Elphaba, darling, you look beautiful with green skin. I love you and nothing will change that," Nick assured.
"No, it's not that. It's just... I hope the baby won't be green," Elphaba murmered.
"Okay...wait what?"
"Nick, i'm pregnant."
