PRENTER'S POV

- We gotta choose one pic for the cover and another two for the article, right? They are all great. They have done a fantastic job -Dom uttered with her eyes wide open in amazement scanning each photo on and on-. Gosh, Freddie. I'm so sorry, I truly am -she whispered afterwards.

It's been a while since Dom had lost her balance, inner peace and common sense. Freddie always had been so caring with her and in a way she felt remorse for this trick. But her craving for revenge was stronger and the two together teaming up felt like a perfect alliance. They always were collateral victims and this time around, knocking down Elideth and Arlene was going to hurt him too.

- They zoomed all the way in to not being discovered and that changes the picture but I think despite the bad quality, we don't need anything else. The pic speaks for itself -I said satisfied looking over at them.

- It's only a hug -Cheryl decided to speak at last with an air of indifference, nibbling her pencil.

- The reporter used a whole film just with that damn hug. I assure you they were locked in that tight embrace for quite a while. There's much more than meets the eye.

- And not a single wet kiss through that time.

- Take a look at it. There is passion. I've told you, that redhead is just fire and Freddie finds himself especially vulnerable now. If they hadn't fucked right after sprinting their way out of the reception, they must had made it after that tender hug. There is so much information.

I really meant it. I was sure there was sex between them in Rio and that they could never be satisfied. Arlene had been so long Elideth's employee and as her defender, watching Freddie as she was keeping her desire at bay. She could do those kind of things easily, she was a former soldier. Probably if Eli had been still there, she would have refused herself eternally what she was taking so eagerly now. So hungry from way back. Once Eli had vanished there was no obstacles for them. And that was not exactly a brotherly hug. You could breath such a restrained desire. They were wrapped around in flames, for God's sake.

- I don't know... -Cheryl stated wrinkling her nose, not very sure of the material-, but it's what we have, there's no second chance and we can use it pretty well. The most important thing is not whether that hug is hiding another scorching hot overtone or not, what it really matters is what we wanna look like it. It's a complement for my text about Rio. How could you know...?

- I would get what I wanted? Isn't it obvious? There had been sexual tension between the American and Freddie from the start. Now that Elideth is gone, what better time to really indulged their lowest instincts? She made Nina lose her mind and she will do the same to him.

- I don't really think Freddie will lose his mind. Right after having his shag, she'll no longer have any interest for her -Dom spoke her mind-. Fred is only in love with that little bitch Eli Polley.

- He is not in love with her either -I replied, upset-. She just managed to drive him crazy.

- Are you jealous? -Cheryl pointed out, taking her glasses off and fixing her eyes on me.

- Don't say nonsenses. He's my friend, it pisses me off he's wasting his time with women. He always gets burned.

- This time around you will burn him, Prenter. Not the redhead.

- We need to ruin Elideth for having killed our friend and we'll do whatever it takes... -Dom added up.

- Even hurting the one you claimed to be your dear friend.

- Whose side are you on?

- Mine, always mine, dear.

- There's something about these two and I can't miss the opportunity to exploit it in my own benefit. When the blonde finds out about her dearest friend's betrayal, she will get out of her hole at last. It won't be long and then I want you available only for me. I won't admit any excuse.
