Penelope has gold hair with black streaks that is tied in a ponytail, blue eyes, and fair skin. She wears a lavender t-shirt, denim jeans, and white sneakers. She also has bangs that slightly cover her left eye.

Personality

Penelope is a sweet, sporty, and extroverted tomboy. Like her cousin, she is mature for her age. However, she is more sensible while Melody is more vindictive towards those she hates. She is prone to holding grudges and getting angry, but she doesn't let it get to her and doesn't act on her dark thoughts to those she hates.

She loves anime and VOCALOID. She has a habit of singing songs (mostly VOCALOID songs) in the shower and often forces her friends and family to watch her favorite anime with her, much to their, especially Melody's, chagrin. She isn't a hopeless romantic like her cousin is, but she isn't cold and cynical either and has couples that she ships and wants to be together. She loves to draw, and will do it whenever she gets the chance to. She gets annoyed by her uncle's (Selever) language and behavior and doesn't like the fact that he was the one who made her and her cousin mature too fast and ruined their innocence and taught them things they're not supposed to know at their age, but she still loves him, nonetheless. She was also very mischievous in her early years.

Powers/Abilities

In addition to having her mom's abilities, sans demon morphing (portal creation, flight, super speed, high-speed reflexes, p0!$0n0v$ bl00d and p0!$0n immunity), she also has:

· Weather control: As she is basically the great-granddaughter of Greek womanizer #1 (aka Zeus), she can control the weather like he can. She has better control over thunderstorms than any other weather condition.

· Electrokinesis: She has full control and authority of electricity and thunder and lightning (and may or may not have used this on Zeus (in a very personal area) when she was 4).

· Aerokinesis/Air manipulation: She can control and generate air, which she used to humiliate Poseidon by making a gust of wind that was so strong, his clothes actually ripped off, when she was 2 (yes, she was THAT mischievous in the past, even during her infancy and toddler years).

· Nephelokinesis/Cloud manipulation: Like Zeus, who (deciding to be nice for once in his life) was able to make a living replica of Hera to save her from a mortal wanting to force himself upon her, she has full control and authority over clouds and can shape them into whatever she wants. She can even generate clouds, which is envied by Zeus, as even he can't do that. Months prior to the events of We love you (so please don't go) and The Maximov(a) family, she used this ability to help Ares propose to Aphrodite.

· Shapeshifting: She can transform into an eagle and/or bull, courtesy of Zeus (who, unlike her, @bv$3d this ability and used it to have his way with MANY women).

· Transfiguration: She can transform anyone or anything into whatever and accidentally used this on Athena and turned the latter into a tiger when she was 5. Thankfully, Circe and Hecate managed to reverse it.

· Supernatural sight: She has abnormally acute vision, which enables her to see things clearly from even a billion miles away, see in the dark, see in all directions at once, see even the smallest of things clearly, and track things that are too fast for the normal eye.

· Height manipulation: She and Melody both have this ability. However, both parties are unaware of this.

· Chrono-vision: Courtesy of her aunts, the Moirai/Fates, she can see the past and future. This also applies to things that have happened before she even existed.

· Season control: Courtesy of her aunts, the Horae, she has full control and authority over the seasons.

· Time Travel: As seen in Penelope's Concern. This is another ability she got from her aunts, the Horae.

Facts about her

· She is taken care if by Themis, the Moirai/Fates, the Horae, and her other mother (who's breakup with Affie was mutual and they went on about it maturely with no one acting aggressively) every other week, taking turns with Sarv, Ruv, Selever, and Rasazy when Essie and Affie are at school.

· She is scared of Nyx and her children like Zeus is, while her other relatives are not. However, she refuses to admit this.

· She knows and can speak a bit of Greek and Russian.

· She is immune to exorcism.

· She can play the recorder flute and guitar.

· Her first name, Svetlana, is a Slavic/Russian name that means light/shine, her second name, Theodora, is a Greek name that means God's gift, and her nickname is taken after the queen of Ithaca with the same name.
