It only took a few hours of deep sleep to make Xena fully rested. She wakes up slowly, yawning and stretching out across the couch. She stares at the ceiling, wondering for a moment if she should go see if Mylis is awake. Xena wants to get her out of the house rather than keep her in here. Perhaps it's time she fully hears her arm. With that in mind, she stands, moving silently to the bedroom, sensing the young girl is still asleep. Deeply asleep.

Xena moves to stand next to where Mylis sleeps, gracefully soundless, unnaturally so. She lets her hand hover over her broken arm, numbing it completely before starting to fully heal it, making sure the bones are in place correctly and mending them properly and fully. After a few moments of this, she moves away, getting ready for the day and then sitting at the window seat and reading another book until Mylis wakes up.

Mylis soon wakes up peacefully. She could've sworn she felt something...

She yawns softly, realizing her arm feels different. She looks at it. It looks normal. Mylis tilts her head a little, testing her arm by moving it. No pain. Nothing. Just normal arm things. Her eyes widened for a split second, and she glances at Xena, "Did you... heal my arm?" She asks with a hint of happiness.

Xena smiles a bit at her surprise, "And what of it? If we need to work on your tolerance further, I'll just do something then. It will be more of a bother than it's worth, at least for the sake of mobility." She finally glances at her, smiling more, "I hope you feel better from yesterday as well."

Mylis nods, understanding, "I feel much better now." She says with a warm smile.

Xena also nods, still smiling, and slowly gets up, coming over to sit next to Mylis, "Good. I figured we could go out in a bit... just get some fresh air or go out and maybe get you more food or something, you know?"

"Sure! That sounds fun." Mylis says cheerfully. It's been a while since she's been out. She gets up and grabs a change of clothes, then heads to the bathroom to change. She comes back straight after, and asks, "Where should we go?"

Xena stretches, surprised to see her change into an outfit of hers, "Those clothes fit you okay? Give me a second to get ready myself... what would you like to do and where would you want to go? If we go anywhere with people, I'll have to hide my ears... and probably talk much less... humans know what I am when I truly open my mouth, of course." She slides off her jacket, then goes to get ready, returning after a moment in a lime-green-and-black t-shirt, a hooded sweatshirt, and slightly ripped jeans that had clearly been worn a lot. She raises one eyebrow and pauses to put on her boots.

"The clothes fit fine. And yeah, probably... I don't think we should go anywhere with people. I guess a park or something, feeding the ducks. Not many people go there nowadays." Mylis suggests. Xena nods at the park suggestion.

There is the slightest flicker of movement beyond the window. Mylis notices. But surprisingly enough, Xena is too distracted to notice. Mylis doesn't say anything but feels uneasy...

Xena steps closer to Mylis, her voice quieter and softer, "Thankfully that's something I'm used to hiding. Now come here... I might as well take energy now before we go out. I promise I won't take much this time."

"Yeah. Alright." Mylis says, and moves over to her silently, moving her hair out of the way. She also adjusts her shirt collar so Xena could have easier access.

Xena gently grasps Mylis' upper arms, a bit surprised when she brushes her hair back so she has better access to her neck. Xena licks her lips instinctively, closing the distance, "Thank you, Mylis... I'll try and go easy this time." She says quietly, tugging the collar of Mylis' jacket aside. Xena bites, a bit rough at first, as it's always so satisfying for her. Mylis softly flinches, noting to herself that it wasn't soft nor easy. 'I'll go easy, she said...' Mylis thinks to herself.
