I was planning to start exercising, but apparently it was necessary I be stuck to finally start.
Today 1 makes a month since I started the job of cleaning the beach.
Yesterday my attorney (provided by the state) called me and he got my documents.
But I need to finish cleaning the beach.
But I must tell you,there was much progress.
It really is in the difficulty that we see what we are capable of.
Now I'm doing my workouts in the morning, after all if I stay still longer I'm going to go crazy in this cell.
And I must tell you, these exercises had a good effect.
Mostly sit-ups and push-ups.
I finally have some muscles (few) in the arms.
And my abs are already starting to set in.
After the workout I go to the bathroom, a quick shower, shave my "beard" and that's it.
There is no reason to leave it, it will only be a respectable beard from 20 to 25 years old, it still does not grow all over the face, having many flaws.
I look at my reflection in the mirror, step back a little and think:

There was also evolution in my social skills.
Out of boredom I started talking to the cops and at first they were a bit... grumpy.
But I am currently talking to them without any problems.
Things like passing time, stories and mainly training my speech.
I still have an accent, but at least I can better understand fast lines and some slang.
Now I was waiting outside with a guard.
I didn't wear handcuffs and the guard was calm, after all I'm starting to become friends with some.
