September 20, 2019.

Time passed, and so did the week.

However, for Gustav... It was a LONG week.

"I hate you universe, I hate you with all the strength of my soul or whatever I still have."

He says with his hands on his face as he stares at his latest experiment.

What was once a steel bucket he picked up from the bottom of the property's storage room was now a corroded pool of metal that was melting together. the table improvised in his room.

The room was bright thanks to the first useful magic he managed to do.

Basically, he took a light bulb and made a little symbol for it to gather energy around.

One symbol to release the excess and another to prevent it from melting and that's it.

A burnt out lamp can now shine again, with a warm and varying light, resembling the light of a candle.

And it was in the lamp that was on Gustav's improvised table, which glowed without being connected to the socket (he still hadn't gotten used to it) and illuminated Gustav's failures.

15 sheets full of scribbles, now ineligible.

A stack of 39 sheets that literally burned while Gustav tested new types and alternative versions of symbols and runes.

And countless plastic and glass jars and bottles melted, broken or simply burned.

All of this was the result of Gustav's failed attempts at experiments.

He turned and looked at the side of the table, where his small notebook rested.

*Well... At least I learned something.* - he thinks as he takes the notebook and starts reading your notes.

After many experiments during the week, he discovered a few things.

The main ones were:

• the majority if not all materials in hell are contaminated - every material has some contaminant, in an iron bucket it will probably have various metals, dirt and others matters that were added intentionally or unintentionally to it during production.

After all, there is no law or reason to care about product quality in hell.

• food in hell is poor and equally contaminated.

Both to save money and to make the consumer slightly addicted, and the cheapest They do not have addictive products, but they are 60% to up to 80% "filler".

He discovered that the instant noodles he ate here have: Styrofoam, some type of fabric and also something similar to sawdust in the dough mixture.

• There exist different types of demonic energy flowing through the air.

The rings he made to maintain his disguise, absorb energy from the environment and storing it worked, but in an inefficient and costly way.

If he found energy more abundant and used it in the best way possible, he would have much more efficiency and safety.

"Unfortunately, I can't go any further than that." - he says depressingly while thinking.

He realized that although he was creative in doing these experiments without proper equipment and using only what he picked up from the storeroom and only the oldest and most abandoned items he found.

He realized that in addition to not being suitable, Tom would give him hell.

Because with these items he took, Tom increased his debt by 1950 dollars.
