Xiao rolled his eyes at what he was overhearing from his classmates "yeah right, doubt prom is even worth it" Xiao continued to look at the prom flyer on his desk it has been the biggest talk in the whole school since it was announced, almost every student wouldn't shut up about it talking about who they're gonna ask, etc.

"Hey buddy what's going on", Xiao was cut out of his thoughts when someone suddenly spoke to him he adverted his eyes to the person to interrupted him which was none other than Bennet himself. "What buddy? you must be thinking of someone else" Xiao adverting his gaze elsewhere Bennet then laughed a bit "I'm talking to you of course, Mr.Sits alone every day, come on this school year is almost over and prom is around the corner I know being a transfer is tough but you have to make some friends".

"Hmph", Bennet then grinned "speaking of which I haven't seen you in detention or heard any word of you getting into fights is someone keeping you out of trouble?". "Sort of" Xiao responds in a low tone before looking back to the prom poster on his desk, "Oh ho ho ho going to prom I see" Bennet now leaning a bit closer to Xiao's desk. "Ugh what makes you think that!" Xiao glared back at him, Bennet smirked "no one looks at a prom poster like that unless they got someone special on their mind" Xiao looked down at his sides "I uhh.. no I don't have anyone on my mind". Bennet now backs away from his desk "sure whatever you say man", now with Bennet walking away Xiao was left thinking to himself 'should he ask her? would she even want to go? you don't know how she feels about it..besides it's not like..know what forget it.

Throughout the majority of the day Xiao would hope to get the idea of prom out of his mind but he was dead wrong everywhere he went and every period he attended his fellow students wouldn't shut up about prom so much In fact that it was driving him nuts. Xiao needed some fresh air so currently, he is now walking outside of the school during his free period until he noticed a familiar girl sitting on a bleacher with long brown hair and she seemed to notice him as well.

"Hey, Xiao wanna help me study?" Hu tao was waving Xiao over and he walked toward her and sat down next to her. "So you need help studying?" Xiao asked, Hu tao now rolling her eyes "of course "trigonometry is so hard, and plus the talk about prom that's going around is rotting my brain" Xiao slightly smiled, "guess were not the only ones huh" he mumbled that but Hu tao somehow managed to hear "what was that?". "Huh what? uh, nothing let's just get started".

~15 minutes into studying~

"How did you do that", Xiao sighed "It's basic trigonometry it's simple" Hu tao now scratching her head "ugh for you it is my brain it explodes every time I do this". Hu tao let out an exhale there's no way I'm passing the final for this I'm good at every other subject but I'm horrible at math. "You'll be fine as long as you use your free time to study", Hu tao now adverting her attention to the grass in front of her "that's what they all say". "I could help you I you want?" Xiao suggest, Hu tao now looking back at him "I'll kindly take that offer but what about you? you have finals too, and considering we're both seniors we'll be grading this year". Xiao had a small smirk that was barely noticeable "jealous that you'll probably never see me again?" Hu tao turned her head away from him arms crossed "hmph as if with you leaving I won't have to worry about you getting into any fights you need to control your temper".

"I'm not the only one that needs to control their temper you stupid walnut", "aye shut it" Hu tao was obviously annoyed at his comment "see what I mean, your an idiot little walnut," Xiao said in a sarcastic tone. "Ugh I can't wait till we graduate so I'll never see you again" Hu tao huffs "speaking of which what are you gonna do when you graduate?".
