Vader's P.O.V

I held the princess back as the Tarkin ordered the planet to be destroyed "NOO!" she cried out, I could fell her agony in the force, and for some reason it upset me, I figured it was because this princess thought she knew suffering, knew pain. She knows nothing.

I walked her back to her cell and to my surprise I saw her crying. The strong Leia Organa crying, for a flash I saw my Angel crying, and I couldn't help myself but comfort her, I ordered the storm troopers to leave and she thought this meant I would start torturing her again
"I'm sorry Organa. I don't like the death star either." I said honstly, it reminded me of a slave chip. She looked at me in shock
"I won't t-tell you anything. D-don't try to trick me!" she said, I sighed and for some reason her words and mistrust stung. I ordered food for her and passed it to her, unlocking her cuffs.
"Eat, it's not poisioned you can check." I said, she looked at me with wide eyes, somehiw relaising I told the truth, but I left. I don't know why I'm being so soft-
"I remind you of someone you love." Organa said, I froze
"My Angel." I replied instinctively
"Someone you lost. You carry so much greif, so much pain, so much hate, I'm sorry." she continued, like she read my soul, then she seemed to snap out of it "N-No I'm not! YOU'RE A MONSTER." she yelled after me as I started walking again and left. I was sure I was going to have a panic attack and I wasn't going to show weakness against troopers and most certainly not a rebel!

Something deep in my cried out in pain, I squished it down.
