The moonlight glimmered upon myself that backlighted a silhouette, portraying an untouchable woman standing in elegance.

Standing at the edge of the high-rise building where I could overlook the city skyline, the solar powered lights of the modern bridge was an eyecandy sight for a city lover like me.

In my petite body and porcelain skin I wore a slit dress black as twilight that lusciously revealed my thighs, my hair in ash blonde balayage that freely unwavered by the cold wind, revealed my sharp emerald eyes.

The shards of daunting lights generated by the buildings and redlights from the traffic set the ambience of nightscape city to the fullest, "I'm ready." I notified Jane who was buildings away from the target.

As the wind was in favor of my fall I went along with it,  I gathered momentum and ran towards the edge of the building, jumped and skydived down the high-rise building with ease and sucked a breath for quite a time, with the calculation of my fall, and the grappling hook I attached my waist onto, I saw the coordinated black framed window nearing from the building I jumped off and shot four corners of it, weakening the glass' forte.

"Now." I ordered Jane, "I might shoot you!" She spoke from my earbuds with worry.

"Just do it." I was calm and composed, she trusted me and Jane, my backup sniper shot.

In my fall I angled my body to face the sky and the sniper's bullet soared, angled slightly downwards I evaded, inches away from my face, from death I gave a sly smirk. The bullet shot at the centerpiece of the window, "Nice work Jane." Still, the tempered window didn't shatter.

I stopped the grapple hook's fall with brute strength and with the momentum I swinged that gained force, with the accurate calculation I swinged pendulum to the window and smashed it with my feet's strength, winding down inside the building where glass fragments had everyone cover their faces inside.

I had one knee down and faced a battalion of men in black suits and looked at my surroundings.

"After a year, Medusa is back." A guy in black vest and business suit sat in his black chair, where dozens of his bodyguards aimed their rifles at me, then, he gave a smirk.

"Only to die." Gunshots immediately roared the city, as hundreds of bullets rained on me to which I evaded quick. I shot all the lights, lamps, chandeliers, everything and anything that could serve as their vision till the room totally blackened out.

"I can't see!" They all rigorously panicked as I moved quickly in silence, silently killing off one by one by going behind them and slashing their necks. They started firing everywhere, bullets flew at every direction I went at the corner and behind a person to shield myself.

Most of the people took time to reload, now's the opportunity.

Everywhere I went bodies dropped down like flies, I moved like the darkness itself,  "Flashlight!" before they could shine their flashlights on me I've already beheaded them, "Behind m—-" He couldn't finish his words as I slit his neck from behind.

"Fuck!" They all panicked, I don't even know how much bodies fell at this point, they shot recklessly causing them to shoot one another, "Move!" Someone bursted out the door where the hallway's light shone him, a massive flashlight illuminated the entire area, blood cascaded the walls, bodies piled up one another, his rifle aimed at me and started raining bullets on me.

I used a dead body to shield myself, fenced one guy that attempted to stab me to which I evaded, stabbed the dead body instead of me I stabbed him from the heart and I tasted his blood on my mouth.
