You ran towards the group of bears while Kitty dealt with the bakers.
"Y/N, hand us over the map." Goldi commanded, while trying to grab you with her staff or whatever it was..
"Yeah! We payed you." Baby added, swiping at you, but failed to grab you as well. Papa bear lunged at you and tried to grab you, but you were too quick.
"So, where's my money?" You replied, dodging all they attacks.
"I-uhh." Goldi stuttered and you dodged Mama bear's attacks, who also tried to grab you, but failed.
"I do need my money, so I'll just leave you be." You said, and ran behind them. The bears looked around in confusion, until they felt something tie around themselves. Before they knew, they were tied up.
"Hey! Let us go!" Baby yelled.
"How about...no." You smiled. You jumped down from the edge and headed towards Kitty. You saw the map, and you ran towards it. You almost got it, until you heard the spine chilling whistle again.

You gasped, and ran. It was pathetic, but that's all you wanted to do. You ditched the map, your only hope, Kitty, Perrito, and Puss.
"Y/N!?" Kitty yelled. "Get the map now!" Her voice was ringing inside your ears.
"Y/N, hurry!" Puss yelled. His voice broke you out of your hallucination and you vision slowly cleared. You looked back and saw the map, and leapt to grab it, but Baby pushed in front of you and grabbed it instead. You climbed on top of him and tried to get it back, but he threw it to Goldi, before tossing you off his head and rejoining his family. Goldi opened the map and the terrain began to change again.
"Mierda!" You mumbled. (Translation: Shit) You looked over at Puss and saw him with an unrecognisable expression. (A/N: It's unrecognisable because Y/N hasn't really seen Puss experience true fear.) He quickly ran away into the dark woods."Puss, wait!" You yelled. "Perrito, with me." You commanded. Perrito quickly ran over and the two of you went to find Puss, while Kitty was pissed off, and worried.
Kitty looked around to see if she could find you, but she didn't see a soul. Meanwhile, you were chasing after Puss, with Perrito next to you.
"Thanks for the map, Softpaws." Goldi yelled, hopping on Baby's back.
"Oi! You've just been crimed by the Three Bears Crime Family." Baby said smugly.
"So long, you plonkers!" Goldi added, before they took off into the woods.
"!Los voy hacer a todos alfombras de baño!" Kitty growled.(Translation: I am going to make you all bath mats!)
You noticed that Puss finally stopped rummaging and sat down under a dead tree, huffing his lungs out. As you walked closer, you realised he seemed to have having a panic attack. You sat down next to him, cradling him in your arms, while Perrito laid on him stomach.
"Thank you, mi amor." He muttered after calming down.
"What's going on with you, Puss?" You asked. He seemed so scared, and you wanted to know so that you could help him.
"I... I am down to my last life." Your eyes widened. "And, uh, I... I am afraid."
"Well, it's okay to be afraid." Perrito said.
"No, not for Puss in Boots." You rolled your eyes playfully, gently stroking his head.
"I-I'm supposed to be a fearless hero. A legend. But without lives to spare, I am nothing. I need that wish to get my lives back." He explained, and even though you were also down to your last life, you decided that if everything was to go well, you would give the wish to him.
"Puss! Dog!" You heard Kitty's familiar voice. "Oh, there you are. What happened back there?"
"Kitty. I lost the map." Both you and Puss said at the same time.
"I messed up." He sighed.
"We'll get it back." Kitty assured.
"We've been in worse, Pickles." You teased.
"Who gave you that name?"Kitty laughed.
"What name?" Puss asked, pretending to know it at all.
"Whatever you say Pickles." You grinned and kissed his cheek.
"The bears!" He suddenly exclaimed. "We have to find them before they find the star." You agreed and decided that the best option was to seek high ground. You and Kitty found a very tall tree and the three cats began their climb.
"How's it going? Can you see anything up there?" Perrito yelled.
"Not yet, Perrito..." You yelled back. Puss looked down at Perrito and he slipped. He protracted his claws and hung in the tree bark, while you sighed at his usual crazy antics.
"You okay?" You asked, raising your eyebrows slightly.
"Sí, I am good." He replied, trying to look smooth by putting his head on one of his hands, but that resulted in him slipping down further. You grabbed him by the paw, in case he slipped any further.
"If you wanted to hold my paw, all you had to do is ask." You smirked.
"Uh, just, uh, feel free to pull me up whenever you get a chance." He laughed nervously. You pulled him up, and kissed him, and he kissed you back.
"Sorry to interrupt your lovely kiss booth you have here, but we have a map to find." Kitty groaned, and you stopped for air. You took his hat and climbed up the tree.
"Keep the hat, it suits you." Puss whispered.
"You three okay up there?" Perrito yelled.
"Yep!" You yelled back.
"I'm giving you a thumbs-up, just so you know."
"Puss, look." You pointed to a cabin in the distance.
"That has to be where the bears are." Kitty concluded.
"Then let's hurry." Puss finished, and you set off to the cabin.

Sorry for not posting, my sleep schedule is pretty messed up and I tried to get motivation to write, but I didn't really have any, so this might be a really shit chapter.
I will try to post again, just need to find the time and energy.
