"Buti nalang, b'ro, pumunta ka. Maraming babae dito, halo-halong babae! Ito na ang pag-asa mong humanap ng girlfriend mo."
Our schoolmate Kaela Delos Reyes invited me to her night event. She is a med student at Ateneo. We are not close but she likes to throw parties. I was holding a bottle of wine while Sera was holding all of mine.
"Hey, thanks for coming huh?" Kaela thanked us.
"No worries. Alam mo naman, mahilig kami sa alak." Ren replied.
"Anyway, I'm going back to my friends. Maybe they're waiting for me. Thanks again." she smiled.
We sat on the couch while enjoying ourselves. Sera couldn't take her hand off my arm. I was just irritated because I really wanted to get out of her grip.
After the party, madaling araw na nung lumabas kami ng bar. Hawak-hawak ko ang phone ko habang sila naman nagtuturuan kung sino ang magbubuhat kay Sera dahil sa pagkalasing niya. She drank a lot earlier.
"Alalayan mo pinsan mo!" Ren said.
"Bahala siya d:yan!" Kent refused. "Akin na nga, parang bobo naman kasi, iinom inom hindi naman pala kaya!"
"Dami mong ebas!" Ren said to him.
"Pakyu!" Kent respond and supports his cousin.
"I'll just take the car." I seriously said.
When I got out of the car, I saw Ren talking to the girl who was looking at us earlier at the bar. I'm just annoyed because I really want to go home and I want to rest. Marami pang aaralin buksas about law.
"Stop flirting." I said grumpily.
"Kalma, b'ro." Ren said. "Nakikipag-usap pa ako, oh."
"I don't fucking care. Get in the car."
Kinabukasan, we went to the Caravan Black Coffee Company. Kent invited us there. He told us that their coffees are delicious so I just went with them. I noticed again the friends we were with at the bar last night. A woman with a messy bun was looking at us. She is with Chaeri and Kaela with whom I don't know yet.
"Hey, Eowyn, are you alright?" Sera asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
"Sino namang tinitignan mo?" tanong na naman ni Kent. "Ahh, the one with messy bun?"
