I woke up to the birds singing, in their small bird nests, outside my window, greeting me to a new morning. I got up from my warm and cozy bed to get ready to meet my friends at the bakery. I slipped into a white dress, that had long sleeves, with a white bow under my chin, the dress also had a blue part that tied in the back, around my neck, with 4 grey buttons in the front under my chest. I looked in the mirror and thought that something was missing so I also added a blue bow in my hair to match the dress. I put on socks along with my black tie-up boots.

Once I was sure I had everything, that I needed, I grabbed the basket and left my small home, but when I walked outside I noticed that the snake was curled up at my doorstep. I sighed and stepped over it to start my short walk to the bakery, but had some trouble walking into the town because people were crowding the streets, more than normal, trying to get the things they needed or wanted. I pushed through the crowd of people to try and get to the bakery, in one piece, that was in my view. When I finally walked into the shop I saw my worst nightmare leaning on the window sill, while my friends talked to each other, not yet aware that I had arrived.
