Y/N POV
I woke up around midday and got out of bed so I could take a shower. Once I was out of the shower I went to the kitchen to grab something to eat.
"Good morning y/n," Sparrow said to me as I walked into the kitchen. "Did you sleep well?"
"Yes, I did," I said as I got a plate and started putting food on it that Sparrow made. "You didn't have to make breakfast."
"It's the least I could do for letting us stay here," she said as she cleaned up. "So you have 7 hours until the ball starts what are you going to do?"
"I'm not exactly sure yet," I wondered aloud as I sat down to eat. "I was thinking about getting ready around 5:00 p.m. so I had time to take a bath and get ready."
"That's a good idea but you still have 5 hours until that happens," she said as she sat down next to me at my table. "How is the food?"
"The food is delicious," I said as I continued to eat. "Wait, where is Emerald?"
"Probably still sleeping," Sparrow said nonchalantly as she continued to eat. "But what did you want to do?"
"I'm probably going to read my book or clean around my house," I said to her as I got up to clean up my plate. "What about you?"
"Well, I wasn't going to do anything today," she said as she cleaned up her plate. "So, I could clean the house while you read."
"You don't have to do that!" I said panicked as I put both my hands up.
"It's the least I can do since you are letting me and Emerald stay here," she said while leaning against the counter. "Not that she wants to thank you."
"It's okay I don't mind," I said while laughing a little. "I'm going to be in my room reading if you need me."
"Okay," she said while walking to Emerald's room. "I'm going to wake Emerald up."
