It's been 4 years since I left Ethan's hold and things have never been better because I was able to find a job and move into my own house.

I was currently in the kitchen making lunch when I heard my front door open to reveal two girls with red hair running up to me.

"Mommy! Mommy!" Both of my three-year-old girls yelled as they ran to me.
"Yes, girls?" I asked as I turned around and bent down to their level.
"We saw some super pretty flowers and want to show you!" Ruby shouted cheerfully as she grabbed my hand to pull me towards the door.
A lot has happened in the last 4 years.
I thought as I followed the girls outside so they could show me the flower that they were talking about.
"Here it is Mommy," Scarlett said quietly while tugging my dress and pointing to a blue flower. "There are three."
"Don't forget to show her the white one!" The louder twin said while pointing to a white flower not too far away from the three blue flowers.
