"Mick, it's been five minutes now, can you please put me down?"
"Why? No one's looking at us."
"Just please?"
"No."
"Fuck you."
"You just did, remember?"
I let out an irritated groan and wiggled myself out of his grasp. It started to tighten more, causing me to keep still. "Mick for fucks sake, let me go!" The more I tried to leave, the tighter his grip went.
"Nah, you look good in this position."
"That's because my ass is right beside you, isn't it?"
"And this is coming from someone who said I had a nice ass before."
"You weren't even supposed to hear that!"
"That's not my fault. You said that out loud."
"Just shut up and release me. I just want to walk."
"No way. I'm not going to let you leave like that."
"Fine then," I mumbled but still didn't give up. As I try to release myself, a hand lands on my thigh, startling me. His hand starts to slowly travel up. "Fine, I'll stop! That'll prevent you from slapping my ass in public," I mumble the last part. Then, an idea hits. By pinching his side, he releases me, making me fall flat down.
"Oh my god! I'm so sorry! Why did you do that!?"
I begin to burst out laughing and got up as if nothing happened a second ago. "I think something ticked a part of my body." Wiping off the grass, I slap Mick. "That's what you get."
"Hey, I'm not responsible for you falling."
"That's not what I meant!"
"As if!"
"The hell does it even mean!?" I shrug with a look of concern.
"You know what? Forget it." As he turned around, I lift up a leg to kick his back until he walked out, making me kick one of his legs, causing him to fall.
"Oh, didn't expect that. Well, now we're even." I let out a chuckle, passing by Mick before he took hold on my ankle, pulling me down. "Now this is even," He says as me moves closer to me. His figure hovers above mine. "Mick stop, we're in public."
"And?"
"My god, you're such a bother."
"You said I'm your bother."
"I did?"
"Don't play dumb."
"Alright," I left out a light chuckle and got up in a sitting position, resting my forehead against his. "Sorry for kicking your leg though." He just gave off a smile before kissing my cheek, saying it's okay. Mick closed the gap between us as he made sure no one was around to see. Wrapping his arms around my waist, he pulls me closer to sit on his lap. I'm just glad we're at a corner with a few bushes in front of us.
His lips started trailing from mine to my neck, when he soon started to bite. My breath hitched for a moment but stopped after five times. "I hope nobody in our group will spot these."
"Mick, I swear if you make them noticeable, I will kill you."
"You better not so I can show Ryan who you belong to." I move back. "We're dating?" Mick didn't even feel offended whenever I asked, only laughing.
"Well, we admitted our feelings to one another, kissed, and not to mention we both fucked."
I got off his lap to sit beside him on the grass. "Somehow, that happened the day after we shared that kiss." He chuckles and rests his head on mine. "That was also yesterday."
"I forgot."
"Figured."
"Yeah, sure, whatever." I left out a smile and rest my head on his shoulder. "So, does this really make us?"
"How do you want it between us?"
Once thinking, a goofy smile creeped up on my face. "You're smiling. What are you thinking about?" Mick playfully pokes my cheek, making me laugh. I swatted it away and moved my head up to face him. "To be honest, I wouldn't mind being in a relationship with you." Both his eyes widen in surprise. "Really?" I nod. "But not at this time."
"How come?"
"I just don't want it to happen that quick, you know? Apart from yesterday. From what I heard, I would rather wait until both the person and I are ready to commit that kind of thing together."
Mick nods. I guess he's been thinking the same thing. "I agree with you on that. How about we do something?"
"Like what?"
"We both take the time to feel that wether we're actually ready for one," He takes both my hands, lacing them with his. "One where we can be together." Agreeing, I quickly gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Then it's settled."
I lift myself up from the grass. Taking a hand out, Mickey takes a firm grip on my hand, pulling himself off.
The two of us left the corner and begin walking around campus. We were late to next class half an hour ago, so we're taking the rest of the time to wander for a bit. Joel was outside, leaning against a tree with both his arms crossed.
"Joel?"
His head perks up from me calling his name. "Hey there Y/n." A smile forms on his face and I grin back in return while Mick and I walk where he is at.
"I thought you were still in the library studying for Anatomy?"
"I was, the past half hour. Gale called me to come for something but I don't know what. Neither does Randy. Speaking of which, is Randy still there with Weathers?"
"I'm pretty sure."
"Yeah, he's still there." Mick points out a finger, exposing Randy with Gale. For some reason Gale looks upset.
"Gale looks upset all of a sudden, don't you think?" Joel obviously knew, but not the reason. Neither do I anyways.
"She does."
"Did she get in an argument with that flashy lady you punched or what?"
"You did what now?" I look at Mick. "Did you really had to explain it like that?"
"Absolutely."
I roll my eyes and face back to Joel. "It's just some lady who asked Sid questions saying was she the one who killed both Maureen and Phil at the cinema."
"Wow, fuck that lady. Who even is she though?"
"The name is Debbie Salt. She's just some lady with short hair, dressed all in white."
"Oh, you mean her?" Debbie is spotted in the crowd.
"Yeah, her."
"Yeah, fuck her."
The phone rings, resulting Joel to pick up and answer.
"Yes?"
"Joel, it's Gale. I need you to come and get ready."
"Alright, I'll be there in a second."
He takes off, giving both Mick and I a final wave before he went in the crowd.
"Glad he didn't see those marks."
"Shut up Mick."
