Chapter 23 - My feelings

Mila's Pov

I got back home after my night out with Mason. We just chilled out and decided to watch a movie with some snacks which wasn't that interesting. He went home after Brooke and Eamon came back after their night out I was hoping Eamon would tell me all the details. Honestly, it is a little weird how my brother likes Brooke and that I like Mason, meaning we both like siblings. I felt happy for my brother though and I hadn't seen him this happy in a long while I would hate it if they were not something more than "good friends" because I start being with her brother.

I quickly rushed up to Eamon after Brooke and Mason left. Excited to hear the details of their little "hangout". Eamon looked straight at me once I got up the stairs but didn't think anything of it and continued to walk toward his room. I followed him while he kept looking behind giving me the direst and confused look.

"What do you want Mila?" Eamon asked confused.

"Tell me everything that happened on your little date," I said excitedly. Eamon getting red while a huge grin formed on his face.

I smiled to myself trying to hide my little laugh as I have never seen Eamon smile that widely it was cute but he also looked like a clown. I sat down next to him waiting for him to start the conversation. I waited there patiently. He took a deep breath still struggling to hide his big smile and his flushed face.

"All that happened was we went to a restaurant and talked about things the after we went on a little walk down to the beach and got some ice cream then continued walking," He said with not that much detail.

I sigh in disappointment at my brother not because he didn't tell me the full details its but because I knew he likes her Mason told me everything about how Brooke likes my brother which to be completely honest is a bit obvious. I got up from where I was sitting and walked towards the door.

"I asked her out at the end of the night," Eamon said.

I knew something was missing as the details he told me wouldn't leave a reaction of Eamon smiling and blushing uncontrollably. I felt so happy for Eamon that he finally made a big boy move and dared to ask her out. Brooke was the reason Eamon was happy again after he got out of his high school love relationship by her cheating on him he has never done anything past talking as he is always afraid it would happen again.

"and what did she say," I said hoping that she said yes.
