(Tommy POV)

Tommy paced the small waiting room and checked the clock for the hundredth time in the last ten minutes, wondering why no nurse or doctor had come out to speak with him. He ran a hand through his black hair just as the doors to the elevator opened and Paul, Eric, and Tara walked off, heading straight for Tommy. Tara had tears streaming down her face as she wrapped her hands around the guitarist's neck. Paul and Eric patted his shoulder as the younger woman pulled away.

"I am still waiting for them to come out and tell me something about my wife and the babies," Tommy said

"They are probably trying to get her stable. I'm sure everything is okay Tommy, just take a breath. Maybe you should go get a cup of coffee or something." Eric said.

"No! I'm standing right here until they come out and tell me something. I don't care what the news is," The guitarist yelled.

"okay, Okay calm down Tommy. We understand you are upset but screaming at people isnt going to solve anything. Why don't you tell us what happen?" Paul asked.

Tommy ran his hand down his face and then looked at the guitarist, not sure where to even begin. The night had been going so well until your brother came to the door. Now the older man had to worry about if he was going to be a widower before you made it to two weeks of being married. Paul walked over and patted the guitarist on the shoulder. The younger man turned and broke down into tears as the singer wrapped his arms around his slender frame.

"I know this is hard, Tommy, but you're gonna have to be strong for Y/N if she lost the babies." Paul said.

"Mr. Thayer?" A nurse called.

"Thats me! How is my wife?" Tommy asked in a panic

"Mr. Thayer, you wife is just fine, but unfortunately she experienced a miscarriage. She is asking for you now," She replied.

"Go see your wife man, we will be right out here if you need us." Paul replied

Tommy took a deep breath and then nodded his head as he waved for the nurse to lead the way to your room. The nurse stopped in front of room 11 and pulled the door open. No lights were on, but he could hear you sniffling. He walked over to the bed and wrapped his arms around you, kissing the top of your head as you sobbed into his shoulder. The guitarist was at a lost of four words, so the two of you sat quietly as your tears fell down each of your faces.

"Are you going to leave me now?" You whispered.

"What? No, I would never do that. This wasn't your fault, Y/N. The stress of your brother coming just was too much for you. We will have children when it's meant to be." Tommy said.

You kissed his cheek, and he smiled down at you before pulling the blankets over the two of you. You smiled up at him and laid your head on his chest, closing your eyes. The guitarist ran his hand up and down your back as he heard your breathing slow down a bit. He looked down and saw you were asleep, and let out a sigh of relief now, trying to figure out how the two of you were going to get through this situation so early on in the marriage.
