One of the show-stopping dishes was the Stuffed Pork Loin, expertly seasoned and filled with delectable stuffing. The combination of tender pork and flavorful filling made this dish a true crowd-pleaser. And, of course, no holiday feast would be complete without a glass of creamy and rich eggnog, a traditional beverage that brings warmth and cheer to any gathering. Which was all brought out by house elves

The elves put a little bit of everything on their plates, but when Jade attempted to refuse the eggnog because she didn't like the taste of eggs the elf dropped the glass and began to try to punish itself. Upon realizing the elf's intention to harm himself, Jade swiftly rose from her seat and knelt before him, a look of concern etched on her face.

"Oh, please, don't hurt yourself," she implored, her voice filled with genuine care. She delicately took his hands into hers, offering a soothing touch.

"But Dobby has-" Dobby started to explain, interrupted by Lucius who interjected, dismissing the elf's concerns. "You've done nothing wrong, Jade simply doesn't desire the Eggnog," Lucius stated matter-of-factly.

With a flick of his wand, he made the broken glass vanish into thin air. However, a hint of annoyance lingered as Lucius muttered to himself, "Other than break my glass," once Dobby had left the room.

'That was odd. I've never been that nice to an elf before... especially not Dobby.' Lucius thought as he watched Jade return to the table and eat with Draco. 'I wonder why...'

Draco looked up from his plate and smirked knowingly at his father. He knew exactly what his father was thinking as it had happened to anyone who had been around Jade for too long. It was the reason she'd managed to befriend all the Slytherins and earn their protection. Jade possessed a certain charm, an allure that drew people to her effortlessly. It was as if she had a magnetic pull, captivating those in her presence. Her wit and intelligence were unmatched, and she could effortlessly navigate the complex web of social dynamics within Slytherin House.

Draco pondered the thought and came to the conclusion that Jade's unwavering support for Slytherin would extend even if she were not a member of their house. He believed that her loyalty and determination to defend them, even when they were at fault, would remain unchanged. This realization made Draco appreciate Jade even more, as she demonstrated a rare quality of standing up for what she believed in, regardless of the circumstances.

Lucius was the first to leave the table, signaling the end of the dinner. However, before he departed, he turned to Draco and instructed him to guide Jade to the guest room. An hour after he left, she finished her meal and let out a tired yawn, signaling her growing sleepiness.

Draco, noticing her exhaustion, gently offered his arm and asked, "Let me escort you to your room?" Jade's face brightened with a smile as she nodded in agreement.

Draco guided her up the stairs, passing by several closed doors until they reached a room with an imposing double-door entrance.

"This will be your room while you're here," Draco informed her before leaving.

At this point, Jade couldn't care less about what the room looked like. All she cared about was going to sleep, so when she found the king-sized bed, she practically fell into it and immediately fell asleep.

As Draco turned the corner towards his father's study, he caught sight of a house-elf scurrying away. With a blank expression on his face, he approached the elf and inquired, "Is my father in his study?"
