The present: Maahi's cabin
Maahi woke up with a start. She looked around to see where she was when she saw the backyard come back blearily into her view. She took a deep breath and tried to calm herself.
"Mehra!"
She looked up and saw Aarush call her from his doorstep. He had just returned from somewhere clearly about to step inside his room, jacket and tie missing from his outfit.
She kept looking at him, feeling oddly disoriented as both the younger Aarush from her suddenly fresh memories and the older Aarush standing in front of her now were clashing.
"You alright?" He asked.
She called back, "Yeah, yeah. Good night!"
She immediately collected the blanket and walked back to her cabin, leaving him in her wake.
