These drawings have been done for a long time but I kinda forgot to post them... Oops.

My school did the musical, The Newsies, this year. I was there police chief. So the art on the left is art of that. The drawing on the far right is my character in our play last year.

A bit a character design for a new oc. The general gist of his idea is he has three forms, the middle little flame form, the more more humanoid form and then an all of monster form that I haven't drawn yet. He's based on a will-o'-the-wisp. Also knew there was a the in that and now it is confusing me cause I've also pronounced it will-o-wisp...

I found some references with cool lighting scenarios and then attempted to block them out with my alcohol markers. It did not turn out great as you can see from the covered up drawing in the top left. The red face turned out okay... So I then did varying styles of it. The one closest it to it is a slightly more realistic style than my norm and then the next one is my normal style with the same shadows.
All the sketches on the bottom are of my oc Alaric. He's a Viking based oc.

It's Percy Jackson and Estelle! I have so many head cannons about these two. I love the idea of Percy being this goofy older brother until someone looks the wrong way at Estelle. Then you better watch out. Also there is no way Estelle is going to be normal. She was born with silver steaks in her hair! She at least is going to have the Sight.
This drawing was a struggle. Or at least Estelle was. I couldn't figure out her pose. I had her leaning toward the camera with Percy holding her back. I couldn't find a reference so I had no idea how to foreshorten her body. So I gave up and did this pose which is still incorrect because I meant for her body to be at a 3/4 angle. Welp. I'm proud of the lighting at least.
I'm going to be drawing a lot for the next few days because of a school project and another thing. So hopefully I'll post again in the next week or so. -Joy
