Neon was always nicer to you. Maybe because she felt bad about how many times she's accidentally shocked you or maybe it was on purpose. You couldn't tell or care enough about that matter and tried your best to avoid her. "Electricity and water don't mix. It's not like I hate her... it's just that I rather not be around her." I was talking to omen . "Mmm..." was all he said. At least I could count him to listen. "You know when the next meeting is my watch is broken." I asked omen. "Right now." I quickly looked at him. Obviously I couldn't read his face but if I could it would be serious. "Oh shit. I'll talk to you later." I quickly rushed to the meeting room. Sage was going over the briefing part so I didn't really miss anything. "Who's on?" I asked Chamber. "You,Yoru,Viper,Skye, and what's her name fast small one?" I slouched nervously. "Jett?" He shook his head. "The one with highlights, Neon!" He snapped his fingers. "Crap... I'm going to talk to sage." He looked at me then shrugged. "We leave now!" Skye grabbed my arm. "Huh wait, Sageeee!" I was dragged all the way to the drop ship. And sat next to you know who. "Hey, neon, I'm wondering if you know wanna take different sites because water do-" Doesn't work well with water. I know, do whatever you want I don't care." She glared at me. "Ok, that's great, just making sure we're on the right page." I gave a slight chuckle. I am nervous as fucck. She seems very mad at me. I ignored her and she ignored me for the rest of the ride.

Time skip about an hour

"Y/n can you block off- hey we need help we need- " the sentence got cut off. "Neon? Are you alive? Please respond." There was no response but only footsteps. "Hey, the others are on the ship, we need to go A site." She grabbed my hand and dragged me to mid. "You stay here and watch mid I'll take A." She ran towards a site. "Wait... Ah fuck it I'm going too." I ran after her. I peeked a corner to see neon drawing attention to herself. She put up the lighting wall of the sorts and was sliding all over the place. "Two down." I crept through as well checking corners again. She turned around pointing her gun towards me. "Woah." I put my hands up. She shot and a bullet grazed my cheek hitting the Jett behind me. "Shit. I told you to watch mid!" She looked tired. "You can't just run off and expect me to stay there!" I yelled back at her. "We'll water and electricity don't mix so just get away from me before I hurt you." She hugged herself. "Look, neon I'm sorry. I know that you don't mean to hurt me, I know that I make a big deal about you and I. It's only because I don't want to hurt you." I slowly crept closer. "Fuck that." She murmured.  "What? Neon I didn't hear you." I furrowed my eyebrows. "I said fuck that." She grabbed me by my collar and smashed her face into mine. She tasted sweet. I could feel a shock not only from her but from myself. " Opposites attract don't they?" She smirked. "Yeah..." I was still starstruck. I grabbed her waist and pulled her in close. "Wanna do it again before I get shocked?"  I asked. "I'd like that."
