Loki stood, looking around. This wasn't her dream, this was in her mind. The only light was above him, but it was flickering. The dark room looked never ending all around, and there were shards of glass all around the floor. He was careful to not step on any, and he crouched down, looking at one. He tilted his head, frowning.

It looked like a moment with Natasha, as though it was a movie playing in the shard. It didn't take long for realisation to hit him, and he carefully moved around, looking into them. These were her memories, her mind was broken, but not gone.

'Hello..'.. He cautiously turned his head, seeing a young girl, almost dancing through the shards on the ground, picking some up to look at them, and put them back down. She moved to another seeming satisfied, and placed the shard into a basket she carried... 'Are you here to help me?..'

Loki summarised that she couldn't be no older than 10, dressed in the Avengers uniform that Liv wore.... 'What is your name, little one?..'.. He took his time, moving closer to her.

'Olivia..'.. She picked up another, lokking at it and then put it down... 'Its like a jigsaw. I want to find all the pieces for this one..'.. She came right up to him, holding one out. He took it, seeing a moment play out. He saw Bucky, but not as he knew him now, the way he was dressed, Loki saw that it was perhaps one of her earlier memories of him. He watched as Liv threw herself in harms way, protecting him from Stark.

He handed the piece back to Olivia and she smiled at him... 'I've seen some of you. I can help put them together so you can see..'

'Are you alright?..'.. He asked the little girl as she kept looking, humming to herself.

'I am, thank you. She doesn't know I'm here. I like to help her, make her better. I like her family, they make me feel safe, especially James. Sometimes I like to think he's my big brother, I've never had one..'... She smield again as she found another piece, before turning to him... 'I'm glad you're here, I don't like being alone. Will you stay with me, for a little while?..'

Loki heard the vulnerability in her voice, and he gave her a small smile, nodding to her. She came over, taking his hand, guiding him through the shards, to a clear space. They sat down, and began to work together, putting the pieces she had picked up, back together.

Wanda smiled through her tears, then over at Bucky and Tony... 'She's going to be ok. He's helping her. I can see into her mind, as he's connected with her. She's going to come back to us, but it'll take time. What he's doing, is helping her piece her memories back together..'

Bucky sighed, seeing Loki with his hand on her head, and his resting next to hers from the chair... 'I'm staying anyway, so I can keep you updated if there's any changes, but she's going to be ok Tony..'.. He clapped him on the back, and Tony nodded.

'You're sure he's not using any of his magic to mess with her head?..'.. Tony asked, his eyes on the scene in front of him.

'He won't hurt her Tony, he doesn't understand it yet, but he will..'.. Wanda turned, smiling at him, and he didn't like that look.

'No..'.. He shook his head at her and she chuckled.

'The moment at the tower. He was fighting for control over himself, because of her. Its why he didn't fight back as much after she went through the window...'... She looked back over to Loki... 'He won't ever harm her, he'll give his life to protect her..'
