Fifty-Two

Liv woke up, sighing contentedly, feeling the two of them wrapped around her. She shifted slowly, trying to untangle herself from them, needing the bathroom.

'Where are you going?..'.. He heard Buckys sleepy voice, and she turned her head to him, as she sat herself up in the middle.

'Bathroom, but don't worry buttercup, I'm coming right back. We got time before we go get breakfast..'.. She said quietly, putting a hand to his face and smiling.

'Ok..'.. He replied and snuggled into the space she just left. Liv carefully moved and got out of bed, stretching up and feeling deliciously achy from last nights workout. Chuckling quietly, she entered the bathroom, and closed the door, moving to the mirror to check out her body. There were some light bruises from their marks, and her ass was no longer red.

She did what she needed, and slipped back into the bedroom, stopping at the end of the bed, seeing Loki with his head on Bucky's chest, the two sleeping peacefully.

Smiling at the sight before her, she crawled onto the bed, trying not to wake them... 'You know pet, if you want some more attention, all you have to do is ask..'.. She saw Loki peeking at her and she giggled, causing Bucky to let out a big sigh.

'If it's before 7, both of you shut up and go back to sleep..'.. He grumbled out, but Liv just flopped down onto him, grinning.

'No. This is the first time we've been us in months, so I'm going to enjoy this..'.. Her smile faltered, and Loki moved, so she could get back in the middle again... 'We do need to talk about it all too..'

Both of them woke up fully and shifted to sit up, facing her... 'Ok, but I don't know where to start..'.. Bucky says, looking between the two.

'Let me just get it all out, and anything you want to add or ask, you can..'.. She took each of their hands in her, and they linked their other hands together.

'First, neither of you have anything to apologize for. What happened, was not us ok? We had no control over what was happening. Second, we didn't know that it would happen. Loki, you didn't know he was still there, and I pulled you both into my mind, connecting us all. I know that things are still jumbled for you both, but I promise, I don't hate either of you, I'm not scared of you, nor am I angry..'.. She gave their hands a squeeze.

'When I brought you both back here, I knew the risks, but I had to save you both, no matter the cost. Yes I died, but I'm right here, I was given the chance to stay on the other side..'.. She looked at Loki... 'I was at the gates of Valhalla, when another came to me, with a message from your mother. That I could pass through the gates, or return to you. I didn't hesitate to take that chance, to come back..'

'You chose us?..'.. Loki asked, searching her face. He knew from the stories what awaited her in Valhalla. He swallowed back the lump in his throat...  'But, you could have been reunited..'

Liv just smiled at him, nodding and noticed Bucky frowning at the two of them... 'My daughter, I could've been with her..'.. She tells him, and she felt his hand tighten in hers.

'Liv, that's what you wanted. You wanted to be able to have that chance to be with them..'... Bucky said, his voice heavy.

'I did, and in time, I will join her, as will you both, but not yet..'.. She slipped her hands from theirs, cupping their faces... 'She will be there, waiting for me, when my time comes. But I am here, because I want to be, I need to be here, with you..'.. She looked between the two of them.

'Frigga and Odin brought me back into the body of an asgardian, one who had lost her life. She will watch over my daughter, I know it. The power of the aether allowed me to alter the body to my image, so I'm still me in a way..'.. She scrunched her nose up, giggling.

'I cannot tell you what I know, or what I have been told, but what I can tell you is, that I can stop Thanos. I need the stones, all of them to do it. He has a very large army, one that can rival Asgards and Vanaheim combined..'.. She tells them both.

'He already has one stone, and you hold the power of three. What happened last night?..'.. Loki asked her, stroking her cheek... 'It was the time stone, wasn't it?..'

'Yes. It's here, on earth and in New York..'... She looks over to the window... 'Its like I can hear it calling me..'

'What do you want to do Liv?..'.. Buckys voice brought her attention back to them.

'Breakfast first, I'm starving. Then fill the team in, before going to get the stone. Thor has more knowledge of them than I do, so he can come with me..'... She put her hands up to stop them from interrupting... 'And I want you both to get checked out by Tony and Bruce, please? To give me piece of mind..'

'Fine, but I want you to come straight back..'... Loki tells her with a look and she giggles, leaning in to kiss him, before turning to Bucky and kissing him too.

'Wait..'.. Bucky pulls back, as a thought crosses his mind... 'Whats that whole thing about me changing?..'.. He turns to Loki... 'You said I was becoming asgardian too..'

'Yes. I'm not only asgardian as you know, but a frost giant. My johtunn side only shows with my true mate, but I have two, you..'... Loki looks between them... 'As asgardian, I have a very long lifeline, which can span for thousands of years. I am 1,079 years old. When we reach maturity, at 18, time slows down for us. For every 100 human years that pass, it's a year for us, essentially..'

'Uh, ok..'... Bucky was so confused... 'So, you're saying, that we're what? Immortal or something?..'

Loki and Liv chuckled, shaking their heads... 'Not quite, no. It just means that you will live a considerably long life, with us. Though should marriage ever be on the cards, then it will bind us, allowing us to share each other's power..'.. Loki tells him.

'Uh, speaking of that..'.. Both look at her... 'Your mother said she wants our wedding on Asgard. I'm taking from that, that we will all survive what is to come..'

'Really?..'.. Loki smirked... 'Im taking from that, that you will marry us pet..'

Bucky laughed, seeing her blush... 'I agree with Loke, sounds like that's a yes to me..'

Liv cleared her throat and got off the bed, making the two of them laugh again... 'Im hungry so get your gorgeous asses ready and down for breakfast..'.. She snapped her fingers, and an outfit appeared on her. A navy blue t-shirt and a pair of black high waisted jeans, with her black combat boots... 'Better hurry up, before I have the meeting without you and leave with Thor..'.. She winked at the two of them, and disappeared from the room.

'Why do I get the feeling that she's now the boss of this relationship?..'.. Bucky shook his head as he stood up, stretching. He noticed Lokis eyes roam over his naked body and snapped his fingers at him... 'Eyes up here Loke, did you not hear what I said?..'

'You said something?..'.. Lokis question made Bucky laugh again, and he headed for the bathroom.

'I'll be quick. Last thing I want is her leaving without us seeing her first..'

Loki sighed, watching Buckys perfect ass disappear into the bathroom, and he got up out of bed. Waving a hand, he dressed himself, and then laid out clothes for Bucky. He loved that his soldier didn't mind him doing it. It surprised Loki, how domesticated he wanted to be with the both of them.

Chuckling to himself, he could imagine the looks on his parents faces if they saw him cooking and cleaning by himself. A part of him did worry that the Other hadn't truly gone, but he reminded himself, that Liv was now quite powerful. If she said they were free, then they were.
