(Author's Note: Yes, Blue is skipping to the end of the year. Reasons: 1. AJ doesn't make much contact with the Golden Trio, 2. AJ mainly sticks to herself and Luna, and has no extra clubs or other friends, and 3. A LOT is happening to AJ in her second year, which lines up with Harry's third. Peace, brudahs!)

Riley was in the greenhouse garden with Professor Sprout. People had already been a victim of petrification, to which the only cure was a mandrake root. She had begged Professor Sprout to help with the mandrakes. So, while the rest of the school was enjoying the missing class, Riley was helping. She was seriously surprised at how she could multitask. She would read, do her homework and tend to the mandrakes all at the same time. She was reading on the founders of the school, a map of the school, a book that Hermione accidently lent her with a copy of Hogwarts: A History, and another book on spells that might help with the mandrakes, since she had already finished her homework, when two things caught her eye. She left a note for Professor Sprout, gathered up her books, and ran out of the greenhouse. When she reached the castle, she took of her ear muffs and ran to the Ravenclaw dormitory to get Luna.
"Hello, Riley. Why so fast?" Luna asked the girl dreamily.
"Luna, do- you- know- where- Professor Lockhart is?" Riley was out of breath.
"I can't say I do."
Riley ran out of the dormitory to his office. She knocked twice. No answer. She ran to the forbidden girl's bathroom on the third floor.
When she entered, there was a ghost floating around.
"Where-" Riley was too out of breath, "Anapneo." She pointed her wand at her throat and could instantly breathe better.
The ghost pointed to a hole and Riley ran and jumped in. As she fell, she shouted, "Aresto Momentum!" To cushion her fall. She landed just in time for Gilderoy Lockhart to point his wand at Harry and Ron.
"Oblivio!" She aimed the spell at the professor before he could open his mouth. Lockhart went flying towards the ceiling.
"Riley?" Ron and Harry spoke at the same time.
"I figured it out."
The ceiling came down, and Riley pulled Harry and Ron away, but accidentally let go of Ron's hand.
"What, about Lockhar-" Ron said.
"Ron!" Riley stopped running and went back. She found Ron.
"What, you figured out about Lockhart?"
Riley gave a deranged smile, like, 'Is that seriously what you're worried about right now?', while taking of her tie to wrap around his leg and her cloak to make a cast for his arm.
"Yes, that, but everything else too. Ginny's been possessed. We need to go now." Riley finished.
"But, my leg-"
"Ron, stay here. Episky." Riley pointed her wand at his leg.
"Th-that feels better." He stared at her in amazement.
"Stay here, your arm looks much more serious, so I can't fix it. Harry, there is a basilisk over there. Now, combat isn't my strong point, so I want you to try and fight it while I get Ginny. If you can't fight, distract it."
Harry nodded, spoke the parseltounge and led Riley into the chamber.
