Riley was sitting on her bed, reading, as Luna ran up to the dormitory.
"Riles! I got an idea!" Luna sat on the edge of the bed, flipping through the pages of the book she was holding, as Riley lowered her own book, her favourite, The Tales of Beedle the Bard.
"Here." Luna showed Riley a page titled Patronuses. (What're y'all's patronus? Mine is an Narwhal, and Blue's is a dragon.) She skim read the properties.
"You think it'll work?" She asked, eyes with wonder at Luna. Ever since the first incident, they had been looking for anti-dementor solutions.
Luna nodded, and called Arlo, who flew in through the window, where he had been helaxing out of, on the roof.
"Hey, Arly, know any place in the castle we can practice our patronuses?" She said.
He nodded, tucking his wings in, and taking the book from Luna. He pointed at random words, which Luna read aloud, forming a sentence.
"Think. Want. Three. Walk. Pass." She nodded, impressed, "The lessons really paid off, huh."
Riley was beyond that, "Luna! When could Arlo read? And communicate? You've been teaching him behind my back?" Riley looked more happy then angry, "Now, normally, under different circumstances, I would have been angry, but teaching Arlo to read is revolutionary!"
And so Arlo lead the two out of the dormitory, and to a specific hallway. Luna followed Arlo's instructions, and to their amazement, the wall opened, leading to the ideal space.
"What is this place called, Arlo?" Riley asked.
Luna dismissed her question, "It doesn't matter. Arly was the place who lead us here, so I'm calling it Arlovanian, Safe Haven of All Descendants of Mses Luna Pandora Lovegood and Adeline Julia Felicity Riley Dark de Valentine, Nicked the Arlo Allies. The title of Mse shall pass through to the eldest child, who must maintain the name, and if male shall take the title Mssr. Mse Lovegood takes the name of Lover, and Mse Dark de Valentine takes the name of Valentine, as through referration through the Arlovanian. And our ally, Arlo, may take the name Aristocate, through the same conditions."
Riley nodded. If nothing else, Luna was pretty with her mouth. Arlo purred in gratitude, as Luna did not forget to include him.
"Well, Mse Lover, you did that very prettily, if I may say so."
"I suppose I did, didn't I, Mse Valentine? Now, let us enter." Luna lead Riley into the room.
It was a black room. There was a kitchen area, a living room area, bedrooms, bathrooms, a library, study, and even a Quidditch field, with so much more. Each room was dedicated to a different house, except for the bedrooms, bathrooms and Quidditch field. The kitchen was Hufflepuff, the living room was Gryffindor, the library was Ravenclaw and the study being Slytherin. But the most important room was Hogwarts in general themed: the spell practicing room.
Luna opened the book to the page in question, and they began practicing their patronus.
