[3rd Person POV]

Lloyd sighed as he walked down the hall. "I swear I'm gonna kill those peaces of scrap one day..." he mumbled holding his arm.

The bullies of Ninjago High where... the least bit kind to Lloyd (*chough*bradistheworst*chough*). At least the school day was over so he could go home. He walked out the school, his green hoodie shining softly in the early moonlight.

As he walked along the pavement, he saw a hooded figure speed by in front of him. "What was that?" Lloyd whispered as he went after it cautiously into an ally.

In the dark Lloyd could make out a person about the size as him sitting on the dirty ally floor. The figure would of been almost invisible if it wasn't for the scaly purple tail that shone blue in the moonlight.

"Hello?"

The figure shot up from it's spot and dashed over objects that lay scattered in the dark ally. It was like a maze as Lloyd ran after the figure. "Hay, wait!" he shouted after them.

The cloaked figure stopped and turned it's head to him for a brief second, but then kept running.

Once Lloyd reached the empty street again, he could no longer see the strange person. He sighed knowing he wouldn't be able to find them and started walking home.

((Lloyd's mother had had a night shift that day so nothing was suspected about him coming home later than usual.))

----

Lloyd walked over to his locker, school was over and he just wanted to go home. Thankfully almost everyone had already started going home, sadly Brad was there waiting for him, "Hay Garma-freak."

Brad pinned Lloyd to his locker and took out a sharpy. "Hold still you nuisance." Brad grumbled as Lloyd struggled to get free. Brad took the sharpy, wrote something on his neck and slammed him on the locker.

Once Lloyd knew Brad had left, went to the bathroom to see what Brad had written. "Grama-freek... he can't spell or write." Lloyd sighed and started to try to get the sharpy off.

----

The sharpy didn't fully come off but what was left was smeared and illegible. Lloyd left the school and saw the sun had set early again.

He walked silently down the road, when he saw a glint of something shining in from the moonlight in an ally. He walked over to it and picked it up. ((children don't pick random things up))

Lloyd gasped, "Serpentine?" It was a metalic serpentine scale he had in his hand. "But the serpentine never come out of their home..." he mumbled trying to think why this would be here.

Just as he stood up someone ran past him and snatched the scale from him.

"Hay! Wait!" He yelled and ran after them. Lloyd knew he would get lost again but he didn't care, he just wanted to know why that person had taken the scale.

What is it with cloaked people this week? Lloyd thought.

The person let out small shriek as it tripped but covered its mouth and pulled their mask up further. The firgure didn't fall so it kept running.

After a minute or two of running after the figure, Lloyd realized the person might as well run forever since Lloyd was much slower than the person.

They passed through 2 streets by now and were in some ally near Borg inc, when the person tripped again but achily fell this time. The figure made a noise that sounded somewhere between a hiss and a screech when they fell.

Lloyd caught up to the person who was now on the ground. Just then he saw the metalic tail again as the figure kept its head down as it tried franticly to get its foot out of under the twisted metal it that locked its boot there.

"A-are you alright?" He said hesitantly. His voice made the figure look up in the panic, the mask had fallen and their face could be seen. She had shiny purple an' blue scales and fangs. Lloyd gasped, "Your serpentine-?!"

She shot up and covered his mouth with a gloved hand, "Sssshut up, Garmadon. Unless you want both of ussss to be in big trouble!"

He shoved her hand away from his mouth. "Why would I be in trouble?"

"Well unlessss you want police to come from hearing sssomeone yelling about ssserpentine and then sssee you with one they would mossst likely think you are helping me do sssomething bad because from what I've picked up, this city seemsss to not like you."

Lloyd groaned, "I guess your right... what are you doing here anyway?"

"I have no reassson..." She mumbled.

"You have to have some reason. And I thought all the serpentines were sealed away." Lloyd said looked at her with a confused expretion.

The serpentine girl looked down, "I will tell you if you help me get my foot unssstuck." she pointed to the metal that trapped her foot.

Lloyd sighed and got her foot unstuck. "Now tell me."

"Then you must follow me. I will ssshow you."

"Why would I trust you?" ((sound familiar anyone?)) Lloyd said and looked at her quizzically.

She sighed, "You ssshouldn't, as your saying goesss 'Never trust a sssnake'." she almost laughed saying the phrase.

Lloyd looked at the sky, it was getting dark. At least his mom had a nightshift this week so he didn't need to worry about her. "Well at tell me your name then."

"My name isss Miruna." the serpentine girl said, "And you are Lloyd Garmadon?"

"Yes. I am." Lloyd mumbled hesitantly still marveling at how she was here. "Now will you tell me why and how you are here?"

Analia nodded, "If you are willing. Follow me."
