Chapter 3: "I Don't Love You Anymore"

"Suho-oppa !! Don't leave me !" She hollered.

She ran after him and hug him tight..

"Hyo Jin~"

"Oppa, why do you keep on leaving me? Why do you keep on running away from me? Why do you have to keep on hiding from me? Why can't you just stay by my side?" She whimpered.

His tears started to roll down his cheeks.. 

He wiped his tears and pursed his lips to stop himself from crying. He felt his heart already wrenching in pain..

"Hyo Jin, we can't ...be together.." 

He sniffed and unclasp the tight hug Hyo Jin was doing.

              "Oppa, that's not true.. That's certainly not true.." 

She shook her head and continued whimpering.

"Tell me the reason why can't we be together, why? Just tell me so that I'll know. You're making me feel uneasy. Just tell me the reason why. I can't handle this emotion any longer.. You're all that I need, and there's no way I could live without you.. Please.. don't do this to me.." 

          She continued.

"We really...can't be together."

    He tilted his head up to prevent his self from breaking a tear.

                   "I don't understand, I thought we were happy...You promise me that you'll never leave me? But why are you saying these words to me now?" 

   She whispered as she cried.

"Things are not like that anymore. Things have changed as time goes by. And we need to let go of each other now so that things won't get complicated.." 

Though it hurts for him to let go of her , he didn't stop entangling her hands on him.

      "Oppa, please just tell me what's the matter.."

"The matter is that we can't be together anymore.."

"Why? Don't you love me?"

She waited for a reply , but he didn't give him any..

"Opp-.." before she continued her question. Suho already made his answer..

"I ...don't love you anymore.." 

    He clutched his chest and closed his eyes to hide the pain he was feeling inside..

Hyo Jin's eyes widened in awe.. Her body froze ..

and with that he finally freed him ..

He turned to looked at Hyo Jin who was still in the middle of shock, though it hurts so bad he tried his best not to show any care for her.. 

He became so cold and started to let go of words which he knew would hurt her so much .

"I never love you, I just played with you all this time" 

      He said arrogantly as he looked at her confused and shocked face..

      "I.. I...don't .. I dont believe you.." 

She shook her head and hollered as tears continued from rolling down her cheeks..

"If you can't believe me, It's not my problem anymore, I'm done playing with you.." 

He said then started to take small steps away from her--leaving her behind..

He closed his eyes to hide all the pain that is killing him inside... He ducked his head down as tears started to roll down his cheeks..

"Then tell me, those promise that you'd let go, are all those just lies?" 

She shouted.

Suho, unsure of what he should reply, paused for awhile. 

Those promises , he has never forgotten them and it was all still on his mind, 

   "Those promises , those were all true. Those weren't lies to you..  I'd never want to see you cry, and I'd never want to see you hurt.." 

he whispered in his thoughts as he closed his eyes and endure the pain he was feeling inside..

He let out a big sigh and faced her.

"I never thought that you were such a fool, did you actually believe in those bunch of lies?" 

  He smirked..

"I don't believe you... Your eyes, your face was so sincere back then when you told me that promises.., tell me how can those eyes hurt the one who they love?" 

 She cried but then forced a smile.

"Face the reality Hyo Jin.. A guy like me would never fall inlove with a fool like you.. How many times do I have to tell you that I was just playing you.. It was all a bet.." 

He replied emphasizing those last five words..

"I.. don't believe you.. I. DONT." 

  She continued as tears continued to roll down her cheeks..

"Aisshh.. Why did I even play with a fool , of course you'd never understand how a player plays cause you're a fool.." 

   He then turned his back against Hyo Jin and continued to taking steps away from her..

Hyo Jin stop from crying and the sincerity in her eyes suddenly turned into coldness..

She chased after him and pulled his arm then slapped his face..

"I never knew that you could actually do that , Is it really that fun playing with other people's feelings?" Is it really that fun to see people cry?" 

   Her eyes started to become teary but before she even break a tear she already took her steps away from him, trying not to show him how weak she is..

   On the other hand, Joonmyun tilted his head up to stop himself from breaking a tear. It felt like his heart was being crumpled, not because of the slap but because of the pain he saw in Hyo Jin's eyes.

"That's right Hyo Jin, I don't deserve your love. You should find someone who can love you better than I can.." 

He forced a smile.
